The personal, working on the basic positions is friendly and polite, but definitely need in better trainings and supervision. Drinks in the restaurant could be better.

Very comfortable rooms, very quite, good beddings, breathtaking view from the room of each category. Excellent location for hiking (especially in low season), Three sandy beaches with shallow and friendly sea are situated in short walking distance. Very nice spa area. The most of historical places of interest, are situated within 10 - 25 driving distance.

The indoor pool hours are not ideal... children are not allowed from 13:00-16:00 which is usually the ideal time to have chilren in the pool I would suggest editing these hours to make more sense for families

As others keep saying, the indoor pool, while lovely, is simply too small for such a big hotel. The children scream constantly and I wish the jacuzzi was for adults only. I also wish that the indoor pool's floors and the changing rooms were squeezed much, MUCH more frequently, as it got dirty quickly when lots of people were in.

The staff, right from the lobby make you feel incredibly welcome. They're very helpful, knowledgeable and nice. The breakfast is second to none - ample choices, fresh and delicious. The room was bright and airy, well-equipped.

The children indoor play area / kids club was a let down. The room is very small and is in need of a refurbishment. Toys need replacement and other resources are needed. Feels like this room was an after thought (location is almost hard to find and room has no natural lighting). Hotel is NOT at fault on this one - Avoid mid term-holidays as hotel gets super busy. Would recommend visiting when less busy to truly enjoy the peaceful ambience this hotel can offer.

Raddison Golden Sands never disappoints. The room was larger than usual and can enjoy amazing sea views from the terrace. Family rooms comes with a convenient kitchenette. The staff is really helpful and courteous. The breakfast is very good and very well varied. There is also a separate breakfast room for families with small kids when its gets too busy and its a brilliant idea for a hassle free breakfast. The OUTDOOR play area for the children is nice and well maintained. This hotel is ideal for a family vacation.

Would have loved to have been able to watch a movie in our room. There was no movie channel.

Fantastic location for a getaway. No noise. Immaculate. Gorgeous indoor and outdoor pools. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful. We were treated like royalty at breakfast. This was a treat for my elderly mother and she was very apprehensive as she has never really been to a hotel like this before. I think that I am going to need to make this a yearly treat! She loved it! Thank you.

The fact that we had to leave after a 1 night stay.

We were greeted by Mr. Hanri and he was very polite and took us to the reception for check-in. All the staff in the hotel were so nice and helpful. The food was exceptional and chefs were always topping up. Facilities were all tidy and clean. Atmosphere was as if you were in a beautiful fairytale and the views are breathtaking.

Of particular note was Henri the concierge who was always charming and helpful, with a smile and a charm that was perfect. The outdoor pool was delightful, the sauna, with its wall of glass and view was outstanding.

Our room seemed to be a bit outdated, it could use a revamp. Although the location is ideal if you want to kick back and relax in Malta in a quaint place, it isn't the most ideal if you want to explore the whole island (epsecially if you didn't come by car).

Giant breakfast buffet. The room was pretty big. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate you, especially the concierge. They have access to a private beach, a big outdoor pool area and an indoor pool completed with jacuzzi, steam room and a sauna. The sauna especially was incredible with a window overlooking the bay (easily one of the highlights of this hotel). Our room had a pretty big balcony.

Despite the spa having an 'adults only' period between 1-4pm, the spa tended to be loud and busy, with quite few inconsiderate customers raising their voices whilst others tried to relax, and the pool could have been warmer. Nevertheless, it did not spoil our stay :)

From check in to check out the staff at reception were wonderful and helpful. Our room exceeded our expectations, the breakfast had a variety of options, and the facilities were great.

While I understand that this is a family-frienldy hotel, it would be great if the spa would be made available for adults only for longer hours, especially in the evening. It tends to get very loud while the spa facilities are open for kids.

We celebrated my husband's birthday at Radisson Golden Sands. It was not our first visit, and we enjoyed it every time. This is one of our favourite places to have a small break from it all. The staff is very nice and polite and they try to make your stay a special one. We would definitely return.

The amazing and helpful staff and services available to guests make up for the outdated in-room decor and facilities (no electric shaver points in the bathroom / old noisy hair dryer etc). We stayed there twice during our trip and the staff and facilities, make you never want to leave. Heated indoor pool + 5 mins access to the beach was a real bonus. Pancakes for the little ones for breakfast alongside a standard but good spread of fresh food and pastries. The staff engaged my toddler so well that they all now feature in her stories and pretend plays. Thank you Radisson for making our stay memorable.

I recently stayed at this hotel for three nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was spacious, and comfortable, offering everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a variety of delicious options to suit different tastes. Additionally, the pool area was lovely, providing a great spot to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. However, we did encounter a couple of issues that required us to complain twice during our stay. While the staff were extremely polite and handled the situation professionally, we hope the management will address these concerns to enhance the guest experience. It’s a shame to see such a wonderful hotel affected by these shortcomings. Despite this, the hotel has a lot to offer, and we would still recommend it, hoping these improvements are made in the future.
