Food was great in all hotel restaurants except for the beach cafe (in the hotel, not public one).

The room was spacious and nice, clean and well equipped. Breakfast was good too.

Mainly the delay with getting our bags with the conceirge from our room to the lobby esp with a prompt taxi waiting. Also for the price we paid for breakfast included, even though we had to checkout at 4.30am a better breakfast could of been offered. Small things like the fixtures in the standard rooms where quite old. That matras could be a bit firmer and through bed higher.

Our only bummer for the trip was the pullout bed, good grief was it uncomfortable..even with extra pillows.

We loved everything about our stay here. The food was amazing, the rooms were clean, the bathrooms and community space had plenty of room for all 4 of us. They were especially great with our food allergy requests and very helpful with booking excursions and extra things around the island. I do wish we had known more about the excursions themselves because we would have booked more of them, but we would absolutely come back again and this was in no way a deal breaker. The kids club and kids pool were also a big hit with my kids (4 & 9).

The hotel is quite far - it provides a limitation in choice of restaurants and you have to travel to access a wider choice of resturants/bars/nightlife.

Breakfast was quite filling and tasty and catered to our needs. The staff was very friendly and the room was comfortable. The amenities provided matched our needs and it was conveniently located close to the beach! Positive: it provides a quiet, relaxing environment and is close to the best, swimmable beach in Malta.

Good breakfast (though bacon a bit hit and miss!)! Our superior country view rooms were described as having kitchenettes. None of them did. Not of great concern to us but may be to some people. Booking.com please sort this out!

I had a really pleasant stay. There were plenty of facilities for me and my partner to enjoy. It was perfect to have the water sports facility attached to the premises where we did the jet ski tour. I also really liked the variety of restaurants available.

Exceptional property and superior quality

Breakfast was superb and the room was very spacious with a lovely country view. However beds were not very comfortable and the bath could have had a flexible shower head not just a fixed one.
