Interconnecting door leading to room 3639 needs sound proofing. Apparently we were causing an inconvenience to our neighbours!

To sum it all up, it was perfect. Smooth check in, room available immediately. Tried most restaurants, the food was glorious and service across all departments impeccable. We requested an accessible room due to wife's disability. We were allocated suite 3638. It was spotless, spacious and ideal.

We expected better for a 5 star hotel as in cleanliness. (Stinky smell in the bathroom and crisps next to the sofa bed).

Obviously the beautiful views for each balcony & the activities for kids.

There was literally nothing that wasn't perfect. Staff was extremely friendly, welcoming and excellently trained. Everyone, first and foremost Loris Lazarro, Director of Guest Services, went out of their way to make my stay as pleasant as possible. A big thank you!

The location of the hotel is excellent overlooking Golden Bay. So I had the most amazing seaview from my spacious and comfortable room.

It is a bit far from everything, but by car you can reach the shops of the nearest town in 10 minutes.

The hotel is kid-friendly offering exciting programms, a dedicated playroom, and an indoor pool for children as well. When we arrived we were warmly welcomed and received a beautiful room overlooking the sea complimentary. The staff were all super friendly and helpful, especially at the front desk and the restaurant😊 Overall we had a wonderful time and will definitely recommend the hotel.

Just got back home after spending 3 beautiful days prior to Christmas and can only praise this fantastic hotel. We booked again after last year's successful stay. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and we really recommend booking a seaview room. Quiet and beautiful location perfect for nice winter walks in the country / sea side. We tried breakfast, dinner buffet restaurant and agliolio pizzeria and everything was superb. Have to highly thank the people from the kids club for organizing activities both for kids and others for family. Also the one of a kind impeccable service offered by the gentleman at the breakfast entrance, who has been working there for many years. The housekeeping staff who are ever so kind and yesterday surprised us with delivering a box of christmas cookies. The young pianist who played at the Christmas breakfast today and played Einaudi beautifully. Last but not least all the staff at front desk and at the restaurants / bars who always accomodated our requests with a smile on their face. Thank you Radisson Golden Sands!

The attention given to customers is exceptional. Some complimentary pastries were delivered to our room on my birthday, which was much appreciated. Rooms are also large with coffee making facilities, bath robes etc. Breakfast is extensive and has several varieties.

Just had issues with the bathtub cause it wasn't draining. The food wasn't the greatest, which was a disappointment. But I enjoyed everything else

Honestly nothing much but those are details like I would prefer to have the indoor pool 24/7 open, from my point of view the pool was not warm enough.

The property is big and has a private beach; seems to be an interesting one if you go on summer as the number of activities that you can do over there are multiples. The staff is gentle and welcoming.

Our room was very dated and the carpet, sofa bed and kitchen area could definitely do with a revamp.

The size of the room was great and the breakfast was excellent. The reception staff and concierge were extremely helpful

The pool isn't deep at any point (the bottom can be reached comfortably by me (1.68m) throughout) but it's still fine.

Amazing sea view and staff :) I also asked for the room to have a bath a day in advance and I got it!
