There are small things that could be improved, the restaurants are catered to english taste so there were fish and chips, burger, curry, kebab on some of the restaurant menus. However the Mediterranean restaurant was serving a more refined menu. The wine on the menu was good but there was not too much choice, and the cocktails were quite sweet and not too sophisticated. Overall the food and drinks were not as refined as in other 4* hotels I have visited, however the price was more affordable which was a nice suprise. Sometimes at breakfast the staff were very busy and forgot to serve tea and coffee to all of the customers. In addition for some reason the toilet paper was quite poor quality for a 5* hotel, but here I am really naming the only problems I encountered at all during my stay, so overall it was a really positive experience and I would highly recommend.

The breakfast buffet is great, and there is an option to sit outside on the terrace in the sun which was glorious. The staff are very professional and polite. The location is good and the facilities are magnificent. There are shuttle buses planned to major tourist destinations for a good price. There was a full program for children/ families during the day to keep children entertained, however I did not feel like there were too many children in the hotel, so this did not disturb my holiday. The restaurants were good overall.

Nothing - the only thing that could be slightly improved is the access to the Park tal-majistral - requires a slightly convoluted route around the camp to reach it but really an excellent hotel.

An exceptional hotel with everything you could require for a relaxing holiday. Food was excellent and the location was amazing. Sauna overlooking the cliffs is an absolutely phenomenal place to relax. Staff were very welcoming and overall delivered an excellent stay.

We loved absolutely everything. The staff was very nice, profesional and helpful. Beautiful view from the balcony! And really spectacular views from the hiking trails that are nearby. The best place to stay in Malta.

the location, views and pool area are outstanding and the staff are extremely helpful. We took the evening buffet too there was plenty of choice and our server Louis was brilliant very attentive, helpful and welcoming.

We booked the suite which came with equipped kitchen. Facility in the hotel - you have a deli shop for small grocery requirement like water, milk, fruits etc. there is an indoor and outdoor pool and kids loved it. There is also a gym which was functional and had good equipments. Breakfast - gentleman (Henry) at the breakfast entrance was very passionate about client experience. Staff really took good care of us during breakfast and there were lot of options available. Location - It’s located next to Golden Bay Sands beach. It also has a private beach and sun beds are free for the hotel guests. These sun beds are managed by Med Asia restaurant. There are also some gazebos available which have some minimum spend charges against them (€40 during weekday and €80 during weekends / bank holidays). Staff - we always came back to a clean room and the cleaning staff was as very professional and nice. We received a handwritten note from the cleaning staff, Prakash which was very nice personal touch. Whenever we asked for some extra service like tea bags and milk, it was fulfilled promptly. Reception - people at reception were always ready to help and explain the details.

Service at the Mokka and Lagoon bars are poorly organised, waiters very slow not knowing what to prioritize. At the pool bar, there was no table number so staff did not know who ordered what.

For a 5 star hotel it needs to be maintained slightly better. But all in all this is a superb hotel.

Nothing. This hotel went beyond my expectations.

The staff at this hotel made our stay as comfortable as possible. Very comfortable rooms but what made this even better was the beach was only downstairs. The hotel is exceptionally clean and has great amenities such as a spa and gym. I will definitely come back to this hotel!

The breakfast was very dissapointing . I have been staying at 5 star hotels many times and the breakfast elsewhere have been much higher quality. Inside swimming pool is quite small.

Location is very good. View is fantastic. Nice outside facilities for resting in the sun .

The one thing I didn’t like is that, you have to book the all the restaurants in advance to eat dinner!

Big rooms, extremely attentive staffs from the reception to the restaurant & Mokka coffee bar. We enjoyed our stay & we look forward to come again.

I liked everything in this hotel, the rooms,space,food,view,staff everything was great. You have everything that you need in this hotel without having to go anywhere else,private beach,water sports and etc and just 30min from the hotel. I would definitely book this hotel in future again.
