Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

GermanyCustomer service at this location was excellent. Marrion, the guess service representative was amazing and very helpful. All the staff was pleasant and helpful. Recommend the all inclusive plus because it gives you access to the plus lounge. Plus lounge was perfect because not many opt for all inclusive plus so we was able to avoid crowds for breakfast, lunch, and snacks by going to plus lounge which only had a few people inside during each visits for our 5 nights / 6 days stay. Very intimate and private. Even though the weather wasn't the best there are plenty of entertainment besides the pools. Evening shows 2115 start time is a bit late but are spectacular. The facility is dated. Rooms are decent except for AC. Fan and AC didn't work in our first room so we requested another after first night. We saw ants and knats but again, service there is excellent an the came to spray room. The resort is not 5 star accommodation but you will get 5 star customer service which is important.

DenmarkI can not remember any "bad" thing about the hotel.
The location was amazing. The pool was perfect. The warm indoor pool was very cozy. The staff were so kind. All the restaurants were fantastic. Diversity and quality of food and beverage were on top of niveau. Very good guest parking. A very family and kid friendly resort.

Lithuaniathe room (which was given a lux) and the building itself are in a bit of need of renovation. there were problems with the reception. there was not enough information where everything was and how it was arranged. when we asked, they could not give an answer.there was not enough something for a snack in the evening, after 11 pm you can’t get anything else from food.so if you fly at night, don't expect to be able to get anything to eat.
The food variety was very big and delicious. The choice of drinks is large. The bartenders are great to talk to. The pool is large and there are many places to go. For example, bowling or playing games. The main thing is the convenient location, a few steps and the beach.

United KingdomIt’s old & needs a refurb, Some of the furniture in the lobby was broken & unstable . The bedrooms , some curtains coming off the rails, paint peeling off the walls & a really dangerous bath to climb into to take a shower!! The q for hot water out of the coffee machine was ridiculous . All is needed is a hot tap!!
It was spacious & good facilities

United KingdomThe outside of the hotel is looking shabby and in need of attention as are the internal corridors. Not really 4-5 star quality. The hotel is located on a reasonably new roundabout and four lane road so with a sea view room it was noisey especially very early Sunday morning when there appeared to be a motorbike race going on (6 am)! A pool view room would be quieter. The beach is the other side of the four lane road, although there is a pedestrian crossing. With a wheelchair it was difficult to negotiate crossing the road and using the new pavements which have been constructed with deep gullys, presumably to aid drainage. The hotel is on the bus route, a double edged sword because of the noise, and the buses are very crowded. Really not much to see local to the hotel, no shops, cafes etc to speak of, although there is a Starbucks nearby! Ok if you just want to stay at the hotel and use all of the facilities and take advantage of the all inclusive drinks and food.
All staff were great and hardworking. Lovely pools and surrounds. Comfortable room and comfy beds. Great free water facilities (all hotels should do this) with jugs to keep water in the fridge in the room. Tea and coffee facilities in the room. Food although mass catering was good, particularly the meat and fish which were cooked very well and there was plenty of choice. The restaurant gets very busy but the staff cope well. The animation team work extremely hard.

IrelandHotel corridors weren’t great - not sure if there is a renovation planned but they felt unfinished and a bit scruffy.
Location is great - easy to reach the Gozo ferry, across the road from a lovely beach and some local shops etc in Mellieha Kids enjoyed the outdoor pools, but because the water is pretty cold still in March, it was also perfect to have the indoor pool to warm up in.

FranceCheck in and reservations were not well organized. I have asked for the rooms to be altogether when I booked, then by email again, and during check in and they were not even on the same floor. All inclusive plus amenities (listed in the description) were never brought up to the room, I asked reception, they said they would but never did. Staff knocked at the door despite the DND sign. Swimming pools not heated, freezing cold.
Very friendly staff and good housekeeping Very pretty outdoor area Food was amazing (Salia/Ponent/Levant)

IrelandLocation as the hotel is situated in the far north of the island , besides the beach there is not much else in the area. You can get a bus into Valletta which is a beautiful city but it takes around 1 and half hours . There is a huge selection of meals , they all look delicious but I found them very bland and not much taste.
Staff very friendly. Plenty of seating areas both inside and outside. Outside pools very spacious . Plenty of room in the restaurants.

United KingdomSadly, we had issues for two days of our stay. We had hired a car, as our main reason for this holiday was to do a lot of sightseeing. The hotel is building and fillings footings for a new extension . We had breakfast, went to our car and couldn't get out, as one way in and out. It was blocked by concrete mixer and pump. which completely ruined our day trip to gozo that day. It was there till just after midday. Leaving it to late to go there. The next day, we had the same issue, with a note this time put on car window screen, which noone would of seen untill they went to their car. It stated work would start at 8.30am and be finished by 10am. This was not the case, it finished at 2.30pm, leaving us frustrated, and yet again scuppering our plans. We were promised compensation by hotel, but on the day before we left, we were told to take the issue up with yourselves. I await your response to this issue. Sadly two days of ruined plans has made our holidays totally unfinished, with our planned visits undone. I await your response regarding this issue. Alison French

United KingdomNot 5he best sea view and the room itself looked very tired and in need of a refresh, The sink leaked and when reported no apology for the inconvenience of all our towels being wet and unable to take a shower. Air con didn’t really work and made too much noise to leave on over night. The daily drilling wasn’t great.
The all inclusive extra was worth the money but clearly quite new as most staff were unaware when we ordered drinks of the branded spirits we could have instead of the local ones. Both Mohan and Singh were exceptional members of staff who really looked after us the whole stay. Get idea about the fresh water station on each level which you could fill up a jug for water. Food was really good in all the restaurants.
