Plus: very friendly personal! You have water on every floor. The communication with them is really easy. The laundry room provides all the chemicals you need to do the laundry free of charge. You have great transport connections. The bus station is right IN FRONT of the building! Minus: I say it unwillingly, but it wasn’t as clean as I would wish for. The curtains were really dirty, they were gray instead of white… I am not that picky, but this was a bit too much. The electrical appliances didn’t work either. The microwave didn’t work at all, and it wasn’t repaired for a week. The fridge…the door from the freezer couldn’t be closed, and the whole fridge became a freezer….

The other guests were so noisy in the midnights that they just bang doors when they leave/enter.

Close proximity to explore the north part of Malta and the other islands. Beautiful sunrise view from the balcony. Compact kitchen. Bus stop, restaurant and bakery at a stone's throw. Friendly staff who immediately attended to our requests.

Road is busy so need earplugs if you are a light sleeper like me didn’t bother my partner Shower tray badly cracked and net curtain torn - which could have just been swapped with the other one

It’s scarcely furnished. Some more surfaces would come in handy. Maybe a sofa too. Lots of empty space that could be used to create more comfort.

The loud beeping of the door pin pads from other people’s rooms nearby. People leaving their doors just to slam at all hours. A kettle that didn’t switch off.

I have stayed here twice now. Great place to stay in a good location. Rooms are well appointed, large & well thought out.

It was clear that the room showed signs of wear. The walls were dirty with scuff marks, and the shower had some mold and couldn’t be fully closed. Cleanliness wasn’t perfect, as lifting the mattress revealed a few hairs. However, considering everything, the price matched the quality of the room.

The view from the window was really beautiful. It was great that the room had a kitchen and all the necessary amenities. Next to the hotel, there was a small grocery store, and the bus stop was just a one-minute walk away. A bit further on, you could take a swim in the beautiful blue water.

There was nothing I did not like about the property. However, as a suggestion, providing a surface cleaner and a cloth for cleaning the kitchen countertop after cooking would be a useful addition for guests.

The property boasts breathtaking views, with a stunning terrace that was a highlight of our stay. I appreciated the well thought out layout, particularly the separation of the kitchen from the bedroom, which added to the convenience. The room itself was immaculate, exceptionally comfortable, and inviting. Communication with the host was efficient, and the level of customer care provided was outstanding. Highly recommended!

WiFi was extremely slow. TV was also extremely slow and very unresponsive. Mattresses were uncomfortable to sleep on.

For the price, the size of the rooms were much bigger than expected. The view was very nice, amenities were decent. Very spacious, and safes provided in room to store away sensitive items.
