The cleaning service. We had to call someone on day 4 of our stay to ask for new towels and new bed sheets and after a long day of exploring Malta you can find yourself with dirty feet which means dirty flour in the apartment. The floors weren’t cleaned during our stay and that resulted in really dirty feet from just walking inside

Perhaps I would have liked a bit more equipped kitchen. If you staw in Saint Pawl, I would recommend renting a car.

Very good location if you want a quieter, more familiar alternative from Valetta, close to Comino/Gozo and some wonderful beaches. While is true that they don't have reception, everything was seamless for us, the pin codes to enter, the request for new towels, everything. There is a guidebook in the room with very useful and interesting information, recommendations... Clean, modern and comfy. Great value for the price.

We booked a double room and we were given two single beds with a sheet over them. This meant that throughout the night, they came apart and disrupted our sleep. We also needed to clean the bath as it was dirty.

The property was very spacious and was very well resourced. The kitchen had a lot of different utensils and equipment. The check-in process was really easy and communication via booking.com was quick and helpful. We were offered a later check out and this was really helpful.

When cleaning the only thing that seemed to have been done was the bed that was made.

Bathroom was slighlty dirty, bit of mould around. The shower head was loose off the wall, took a few days to get a re fill of washing detergent for the machine. The dryer was not the best, took over 4 hours to dry our clothes. Not staffed regularly, we very rarely saw any staff at reception which made it slightly difficult.

The location and the views were amazing, close to everything but not in the centre of St Pauls which wasn't a bad thing. Few nice restaurants around, grocery store downstairs which was good as we had kitchen facilities.

After 2/5 days we were staying there we decided that the room may need a tidy - nothing drastic just maybe new bed sheets and towels - we put the sign on the door to say we would like it cleaned to then find in the handbook given to us in the room that it would be €50 for a clean of the room and €10 for clean towels which we personally thought, after all the money we spent on said room was a bit steep and would expect atleast one clean during the stay to be included (again not a full clean just fresh bedding and towels we would’ve even changed the bed sheets ourselves)

The terrace view was amazing, amenities were great and the staff, especially yovanka (sorry if spelt wrong) were so attentive and lovely throughout the stay

The room has some improvements to make. For example, the bathroom had some rust in some places and some of the kitchen accessories were not clean. Plus, I tried for some time to have access to new bath towels and only in the last day was provided to me even though I have asked to clean the room every day.

The location is good and the public transportation nearby is definitely a plus.

Our TV wasn’t operational and we asked twice to have it looked at (not that we were overly bothered as we were too busy!), there was no rangehood in the kitchen and we would have loved a microwave. Minor details, though!

Our room was spacious, the king bed was very comfortable, we loved the shower with bay views, were thankful for the wifi and room’s air conditioning, appreciated the upper level’s free laundry facilities, enjoyed the sunset panoramas from our balcony, utilised handy kitchen facilities and the location was fabulous. We had a hire-car and there was no problem finding on-street parking next to the accommodation.

The room is a bit small for 2 adults and a two years old baby with his crib. The pictures I saw when I booked by booking.com differ from real room. Maybe they refer to the penthouse at 6th floor. When we arrived, we didn't find the crib in the room and the communication with the staff was not easy at the beginning but it was better during our stay

We were at 5th floor and the seaview was amazing!!! In June we always found very close free park down the street.

Good location; the beach is just in front of the building, also bus stops are 1 min walk, I could easily get to any part of Malta. Around 30 min to Valetta or if you would like to see beautiful nature and famous beaches - 40-45 min to Għajn Tuffieħa (several beaches there for all tastes). There supermarket and cafes are very close. The view from the balcony is on a lagoon and morning sun was so great to catch there. The apartment is big, 2 rooms, 2 balconies, kitchen with all necessary, well furnitured, good sleeping place. Do not miss Romanian Heritage, it is very near the hotel up on the hill. You will see ancient apiary, punic Romanian caves , neothilic caves and.. there is local Eywa - the magic tree more than thousand years alive. This place helped me to get nice memories about Malta.
