Breakfast was good but not exceptional, could have had a few more options in the hot food section, and the option to have omelettes made to order.

The Deluxe suite was superb, a huge wrap around balcony with a great view. Room was spacious and beds very comfortable, excellent shower as well.

The Shower pressure was really poor. The Balcony was kinda shared like on the left and right you would see the other guests.

The location was great, we didn’t have breakfasts at the hotel, but there’s everything you need in walking distance from the hotel. Comfortable and quiet rooms, bathrooms and beds. The room was cleaned and towels replaced everyday. The swimming pool area was clean and very quiet.

The rooms at the front of the hotel on the Main Street are really noisy, could look at soundproofing. When we asked to move the reception wasn’t very helpful plus the room next door were ridiculously noisy . Had to call security twice and it made no difference. The infinity pool was also closed which was a bit of a letdown.

The room had bad smell of dampness. The smell was very unpleasant, like mold, and the duvet cover had a hole in it.

Make sure you have written acceptance for your room type and the view it provides when booking a Deluxe Suit room. I received misleading and confusing information about the Deluxe Suit room. The pictures show a fantastic sea view with a huge terrace, but in real life, there is only one Deluxe Suit with this view, and the rest of the rooms are positioned in different directions. As I was informed, there is no option to choose during booking whether it will be this one "Sea view" room or the ones looking toward buildings. WiFi was slow. A few mb file uploads took ages. Not the best place if you have work to do online.

Good location and is very convenient if you have booked a car underground car parking.

The spa facilities: the pool had way too much chlorine in couldn't stay more than 20 minutes at a time as my eyes were so sore from it, never seen anyone to check on it. For the hot tub you need to book and pay. (However the water was way too cold,only 37°C should be at least 40°C, the jets had no pressure at all kind of tickling than massaging. Also no one told us at the time of the booking or at the arrival to the hot tub that not allowed to speak 🙄😳 however when we booked we have been told there will be a 10 minutes guide etc but when we got there noone told us anything with just here it is ,you can leave your clothes here enjoy bye. But we had to leave early as we were just chatting and someone so rudely came in and told us to stop talking as there is a treatment in the other room 🙄 made us very uncomfortable so we decided to leave and that guy basically waiting in the door to make sure we are leaving, how rude is it... For the service you paid for 🤷) Breakfast: Yes there was a good selection but no proper labelling, or allergy information was missing which I believe should be provided. I haven't seen any gluten free or lactose free options.

Loved every part, the heated pool is amazing, me and my daughter came for Mother’s Day long weekend and it was the most beautiful holiday. The staff can’t do enough for you, and I would definitely recommend the Swedish full body massage, multiple swimming pools, games room, 2 restaurants and plenty of lounge areas to chill in. I was so sad to be leaving it actually made me emotional. Breakfast was great - especially the American pancakes 🥞 Dinner was delicious. The pizza is a treat and sad I only had 1 on our last day, if I’d had one before I’d have only had them. The room was phenomenal and had the best view of the church, you could hear the bells ringing in the morning which made it extra special. If your looking for somewhere special/relaxing/inviting then this is the place for you, memories made that’ll never be forgotten and we can’t wait to come back again with the rest of the family.

We were here in the off-season, so the prices were low, but for that price we got an extraordinary experience. The hotel is near the center of the town, it was a good starting point. Wellness is a small place, we expected a bigger pool and sauna, but it is a really nice, clear space. The view from the roof pool is amazing! The room was smaller than we expected, too small for 4 people.
