Rooms not ready for check in at 3pm, a number of groups were waiting for their rooms to become ready. Hotel is next to a site where they are digging into stone from 7.30am, it is exceptionally noisy. It woke us, it shook the hotel and you couldnt relax in your room. Reception will not warn you of this at check in. Breakfast was basic buffet, did not feel 4*, minimal vegetarian options unless you wanted fruit, miniature croissant or an egg. Swimming pool tiny and full of splashing children, sauna fits 2 people.

There was no radiator in the bathroom, so it was cold. The spa level is zero - cold water, small sauna/ open till 19:00 & you have to pay for the jacuzzi and for the simple robe too.

The location of the accommodation was good and the room was spacious. The hotel is nice, the staff is kind and the breakfast selection is large. I can recommend it if you want a simple accommodation.

Everything. We paid halfboard and the first dinner was a disaster. No drinks were served for free during the meal, not even water. The facilities are not what you expect in a hotel. You could have them at home.

The buffet was too expensive, and I booked buffet for myself and three children and we couldn't eat any,the food were all cold,even the rice served was fridge temperature I really felt disappointed about the food served and I wish I requested for a refund because the food was horrible

- at booking i was very happy to get an modern and nice looking room - i have chosen the hotel because of this. But i was very disappointing at arrival because the room was not looking like on the photos and compared to them old. It seems they have a building with modern rooms and one with old rooms and i got a room in the old one without notification - the cleaning team has thrown away personal documents which were placed on the table - parts of the breakfast were unfortunately not very good - eg. the juices tasted very chemical

It could be cleaner. I was especially disappointed with the state of high chairs during the breakfast, which were quite dirty (although they were covered with plastic wrap to indicate they were cleaned), so I would recommend to check it before you put your baby in there. Also, a hotel has a something I would call "Ryan air" system. The basic fair is cheap, but they're constantly trying to sell you some upgrade.

Before we book the room, i called the front desk and asked if the jacuzzi and i door pool was i cluded in the price, they said yes. When we arrive in the parking lot because it was writing that we have private parking for us first of all the security guy kept us 30 min because we shoud booked before coming and nobody has told us but then he let us in just for before the check out they asked us 8 euro per day foe the parking too. The jacuzzi also was not free it was 40 euro per 30 min. This i sall hidden coast they dont tell about. In the pool the water was freezing and when you go out the room was freezing too. Very bad experience.

The sauna is so small - only for 2 people. The pool is always busy. there are no slippers, you need to buy, and no gowns. Is it better to coast higher, but you have everything in the room?

The lifts were a nuisance. My room had no views (only a small, dark courtyard); I was offered an upgrade for an additional fee which I declined. There was also alot of noise from renovation work taking place within and around the hotel.

The GYM is absolutely awful the equipment is clearly not serviced often & I nearly had a near death on the treadmill as the belt is loose so that needs to be changed before someone else has an accident! The cleaners do not actually clean your room, I had gone out into the town one of the night’s & had messed up my pillow with makeup residue, the cleaner was so lazy & instead if changing my sheets & pillowcases he just turned it over, my floor was still dirty as well

we arrived and got offered two upgrades. I was very tired and I’ll. asked 3 times to just have the room we booked as I already thought we had best room but holly side stepped the questions so I thought it wasn’t available. one upgrade had a kitchenette. but it was decorated in the 90s and stunk of cigarettes. was obviously an old smoking room. facilities in this room were very dated. this was offered at 15 euro per night upgrade. then got offered a 25 euro per night upgrade in larger new room with big balcony. room was lovely. but after we took the room we noticed a smell in the bathroom of mould. we were out for the day and left door open hoping it would clear. it didn’t, I woke up at 3am from the smell. we have a toddler and I have mild asthma so very wary of mould. also could be black mould as you can’t see any, so behind tiles or floor. the heating didn’t work and kept blowing cold air. we were told this was set on a linked system with other rooms so couldn’t be changed at that time (about 10pm). got given a heater which was great, but not safe for a toddler. the next day staff moved us into the room which we originally booked, twin superior. it was perfect. I would have had to leave the hotel if no other rooms were available as we couldn’t cope with that smell! new room was great size. wonderful to have fridge. air con was stuck on heat only, but that suited us fine as it was cold at night. shower was lovely and hot water a plenty. housekeeping need to do better room checks though as each time things were missed like toilet roll and cups not being cleaned. one time glasses from the bar and cups were washed and left in room instead of being cleared, bedding wasn’t changed at all over 6 days. but we had fresh towels when needed. bathroom extractor fan didn’t work and towel rail was broken. Netflix on tv was really useful with toddler. loads of plugs and usb chargers too.

Rooms not as fancy as the lobby. The hotel says it has a parking lot - but will charge you 8€/day if you want to use it, as I discovered upon check-in - I would not expect that from such a fancy hotel. Had to wait 1h in the lobby, as my room was not ready, then sent to a room that was being cleaned, and eventually was given a (noisy) room near the restaurant. The floor was very dirty, and I asked to change room after 1 night because of the noise. The second room was also very dirty (my feet were grey from walking on the floor). On the last night, the fire alarm rang 4 times during the night, waking everybody up. The person at the desk was barely polite about it. No apologies or commercial gesture. The spa is a small sauna + a pool. No bathrobes or towels provided there.
