We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomRooms weren’t always cleaned very well. There were fresh towels but dirty mugs weren’t replaced and areas like under the desks weren’t cleaned and were very dusty.
Great location with lots of restaurants nearby. Close to the beach and has a couple of pools.

IrelandThe balcony in our room, was tiny and did not suit 3 persons, impossible to sit out in it comfortably. Also, whilst the food was OK in Tosca, we felt there was little atmosphere in there.
The location to nearby restaurants, the infinity pool on 7th Floor, the Spa, the prickly pear cafe. Staff at reception were extremely helpful and friendly There was one gentleman who was a trainee and he was so friendly and helpful. Felt very welcome on arrival.
