Room cleaned every day but cleaner didn't seem to clean balcony at all, looked like hasn't been touch for awhile, I ended up cleaning myself as spending a bit time on balcony as had great view of church & sea

Stuff were excellent, great location, roof top swimming pool great but water was freezing so couldn't swim but enjoy sunbathing, indoor pool us great but a bit small .

The room didn't really have a view, as windows were looking at the building site. Room looked a bit old and not very cosy.

Staff was very helpful. Roof top area was nice, with a beautiful view of the city and the sea. Room was clean. The location is very good, many supermarkets and restaurants nearby, very beautiful and comfortable beach is easily reachable by bus.

Clean, comfortable room. Good location. Staff was friendly. I booked a budget room without a view, as I was only spending one night there. I thought the room wouldn´t even have a window. It did have a window though, even a terrace facing an outdoor common area, which was a positive surprise. There was construction going on at the time, which is the reason for the budget price I expect. I didn´t mind it too much.

Unfortunately the noisy construction works started exactly 6.30 every morning (Sept 2023).

Rooms were spacious, the staff super friendly. Breakfast well organized. The beach was couple of bus stops away. Lovely old town with nice restaurants just across the street.

a part of the hotel is under construction - the construction work is a bit noisy and starts at 7am. initially proposed room was just 0,5 meters away from the main construction place ) but the hotel staff was very kind and helpful and found me another room.

The hotel is pretty good. Its location has pros and cons - it's a bit far from the beach area but in the city center where you can have cafes. Also very convenient in terms of public transport access.

Beds not very confortable (hard beds), shower head was not able to be fixed in a desired position, second bed for the childer was actually a couch bed (not very confortable), our room was a bit loud in the morning (at delivery time)

The hotel contains two buildings connected with a corridor on the -2 floor. Between the two buildings there is another one in the process so it's a regular building site- the noise starts at 7am!!! If someone wants a relaxing stay they would be very 😞. Food was great only on the first day of our stay on Friday. A lot of food recycling is going on and you can spot the same vegetables already dried and rotten for the next two days...You would expect better quality and variety for a 4* hotel to be honest. The price is quite high for the quality offered. Also very limited carpark spaces available.

The mattress and pillows were too hard. The indoor pool was on the cold side.

Rooms are very clean and modern. Breakfast and dinner were ok. A bonus for people having any allergy are the screens in the dining room showing each item with their allergens, such as gluten, vegan, etc.

Breakfast was less varied. We paid for half board, no drinks included at dinner (not even water). In the bathroom, the water stops on the floor and does not drain. Luckily we didn't have to use the AC at night, but if we had to I'm sure I wouldn't have been able to sleep because it was very loud even on the lowest speed.

The staff are very nice and helpful. The hotel is very nice and clean just like the pictures. There is a great variety of food to choose from, vegan and gluten free options. The view from the rooftop is amazing. The rooms are cleaned daily and towels are changed. The bus stops are very close, one just outside the hotel.
