Kids room - no much to do for kids and view front the room window ( workers built the new house), the noise didn't disturb cause we early leave the hotel and late came back

Just the aircon issue. These things do occur sometimes. Resolved by upgrading us.

Had an issue with room aircon which could not be fixed that day. Following morning we were upgraded to a luxury suite at no extra cost. The management was very understanding, but the front desk staff are super. Very special thanks to the receptionist.

On booking I selected two people and booked room for two. On desk upon my arrival they up-charged me for second person around 8 eur. It is not a big deal, but, pay attention on this when you book via Booking.

Stuff was really kind, a lot of facilities, and the hygiene is on top level!

location of hotel was a bit far

clean bedroom and bathroom, nice indoor heated pool, reasonably priced spa. Breakfast was ok (wouldn’t pay extra for it though)

very minor things that didn't really have an impact on the stay: - thicker/ bigger towels would be nice - Bath robe - Gym needs updating, a lot do the machines didn't work and the smith machine had no weights to you to add - the fridge in my room was basically a freezer and froze my food - the breakfast could be better and the hot food section could have more variety. also the fruit juice was full of sugar and so sweet I couldn't drink it

-location - close to lots of shops, restaurants & bars - Staff were super friendly and many of the guests took time to say hello which was nice - Went as a solo traveller and found the area very safe safe - the balcony was a great spot for reading - the reviews really made the building work sound horrendous but it really wasn't that bad. also there's building going on all over Malta I'm not too sure how you would escape it - worked remotely and the wifi was good, only had a week connection once during a 3 day stay - if you stay in the second block you do have to take two lifts, but it's not that confusing when you've done it once - the rooftop area was BEAUTIFUL - I would definitely stay here again

there was a construction site right inside the hotel, I think they were building another body. Very noisy every day.

The facilities were great, it was as well very clean and the view from the rooftop terrace pool was amazing!! The staff was as well nice and there for anything you might need.

The mattresses were not very comfortable. Also, when booking, the receptionist who answered the phone forgot or made a mistake in booking our parking spaces and none were left on the day we arrived. The issue was solved by other receptionists when we went to check in and we had to park at Pergola Hotel.

The rooms were modern and spacious, equipped with everything necessary. Staff were very friendly and helpful after having mixed up some details, however, the issue was immediately solved. The hotel is located in a very beautiful and convenient area, 2 minutes from the centre. Its facilities and services were also excellent. Breakfast and Dinner were scrumptious. There is a variety of restaurants to choose from and a variety of foods as well. It was the perfect location for the well-needed break we needed.

The rooms were in a separate building so I had to take two sets of lifts to get to the room from reception. The indoor pool was small. There was no parking which was tricky.

It was good value for money, clean and the staff were very attentive.

Initial checkin receptionist allocated a different room to that of my booking confirmation - should have been a "superior" room. Also initial room was within 50mtrs of a very noisy building site with constant drilling from 8am.

Receptionist when requesting a room change was very understanding, helpful and efficient, to minimise any disruption.

The pool was very cold!

We looked to upgrade our room to the luxury room for my GF's birthday and both Niroj and Danielyn were so helpful. They are a great asset to the company and really made us feel welcome. They were also very helpful and friendly.

Everything was fine this time around. The first time the room was old, the heating didn't work properly and it was really cold.

It was the second time we visited Malta and we chose this hotel again. We got a better room, bigger and cleaner than before. The staff is always helpful. The breakfast is varied.

Not to stay any longer!

The hotel offers everything you need. Comfortable beds, functional rooms and everything is always very clean. The hotel and spa staff are very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is full and of good quality, the location of the hotel is perfect and the surrounding area offers a wide choice of restaurants, it is always my first choice!!

Street works very noisy beside the hotel from early in the morning...

Large and comfortable bed. Studio with basic facilities. Hotel near many restaurants, supermarkets, church and children playground (behind the church). Beautiful view from the top. Interior pool very warm.

The sauna is small and the pool is not too big either, but luckily there weren't many people, so we didn't have to wait long for the sauna.

Nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was spacious and clean. We didn't request special food, just asked at check-in that where we could find a vegan restaurant, and the next morning the chef was waiting for us to ask what he would prepare for us, and they made us a vegan breakfast, which we really appreciate. One of the best hotel staff we have met. We had a great time in this hotel. Thank you.

The food wasn't so bad but it could be better. If you're looking for delicious food inside the hotel you might not be satisfied. But it's just my personal opinion.

The location and the panoramic view of Melieha were wonderful. I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. When I come back to Malta I will certainly choose this hotel once again. The room we got was cleaned, and the house service was constantly taking care of the fresh bedsheets and towels. Everything was really professional. I surely recommend this facility.
