Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.

By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

MaltaWe did not like the location of our room as we had to pass through a cold corridor and my son got cold since we had to pass after the swimming pool. But we understand it is the layout of the hotel, however, the corridor could be warmer :)
Very friendly and professional staff, also really good food 👌

United KingdomOnly small downside was the indoor pool being advertised as only for adults after 8 pm, however at 9.30 there were still children jumping about and screaming about -although the responsibility of the parents, it would've been appreciated for staff to monitor this.
Amazing facilities! We ended up booking a massage along with the hydro bath which was beyond amazing! We took advantage of room service every day for breakfast which was grand. Location wise it was fine, we didn't do much in the area but was good enough to head out to explore Sliema & Valetta.

LithuaniaThe sauna s way too small for such a big hotel. Also getting to my room was tricky as I had to use two elevators and a corridor bellow the ground.
Travelling off the season allowed me to enjoy really low prices. The hotel is on the main street, right next to the bus stop. Breakfast was pretty good, rather wide offer of all kinds of food. Indoor pool is decent, anf the staff was polite.

NetherlandsGym, ventilation is poor and flooring is a bit too slippery. I’m working in the gym, so recommend to use the same floor pads what you have under Pull-Down machine across the whole room or rubber laminate. But still nice place!
It was an amazing stay :) 1. We kindly asked for a room with bath beforehand and we were served with one.❤️ 2. After it was a problem with very loud noise because of the outside construction work and Ekaterina and Faya help us and in the end we got an amazing room!(my mom was really stressed with it) 3. Amazing restaurant for a dinner downstairs! 4. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND their spa massages (Katrina & Melrose=one love) Other amazing offers also were great and provided exceptionally :) One day I really want to come back

RomaniaUnfortunately we had multiple disparities that didn't ruin our overall experience but are good to keep in mind in case you are into details. Please keep in mind we were in January. I'll start with the biggest inconveniences for us, whilst keeping in mind that some of that can't be corrected (i am aware of that) and some things apply the saying "you get what you pay for", but hopefully someone notices this and acts on it. First of all, if you had a cheaper room you had like a 4 minute walk (including two elevators) to reach your room, at first it is like an expedition to see the hotel but after a few days it gets tiring. If you had your room on that side all facilities (spa, restaurant, pools, even reception) were relatively far. Imagine leaving the sauna to get to your room in the winter down the halls that are next to parking (it was very cold!) P.S. slippers and bathrobes are paid separately (which in my opinion is outrageous having in mind your hotel has in it's name "spa", but i have to admit the package is cheap). Next up is the sauna, which is much too small, they say it is for 4 people, but that can be really crowded even for 4 people from the same group, let alone for 4 strangers, they literally have chairs outside the sauna where people form a line in order to take their turn. The pool can be cold for some people, you can't just be idle for too long or you'll get cold. You can tell that the pool wasn't cleaned properly since i found some band aids laying around for 3 days. During the winter the only pool open is the underground one and it can get really crowded. To reach any of the facilities (as i said above) was a journey, which meant we had to use the lifts twice to reach reception, the -2 floor was the one connecting the two buildings, annoyingly one of the lifts -2 button doesn't work so we always had to go to -1 and then use the stairs.
First and biggest advantage was the price off-season which i guess justifies some of the mediocre facilities. Staff was great, helpful and really reactive to our issues, room checked and beds were made, towels were changed everyday, sheets were changed every two days. Great breakfast in our opinion, compared to other included breakfasts provided by other (maybe more expensive) hotels, so good job on that. Great spot to reach Gozo if you want to visit it. There are plenty restaurants around if you don't like the one integrated in the hotel and a couple of local grocery stores. There are also some objectives really close, like the air raid safety tunnels, a cathedral with spectacular view and an underground sanctuary. I recommend going here only in the hot seasons.

FranceBig rooms, fitness studio with the minimum but enough and a small sauna. Big breakfast. Really interesting price. Only a bit victim of its success, so lots of people, and facilities are not really clean... But for the price definalty worth it.

PortugalI thought the location was not a big deal because we were going to rent the car to go around the island.. But the restaurants close to the hotel were all super overpriced and bad quality food.. Only in other parts of the island we could have a proper meal. The breakfast was ok.. They had some options but everything a bit tasteless.. I hoped they had a lot of options for fruit.. Not so many and the fruit was definitely not fresh.. The housekeeping could be way better.. I had one stain of wine in the small table close to the window and after housekeeping was still there.. So I assume they just made the bed change the towels and that's it.. But even with all this I still think it was a good deal for the value!
The staff at the hotel were friendly, the room was big with ac, mini fridge, kettle.. TV with a lot channels and even Netflix (You need to sign in with your account) and the heated pool for this time of the year was perfect. Since the restaurants around the hotel were so bad for 2 nights I asked room service to bring me dinner and it was way better quality and value so it was worth it.

The hotel is so clean and great value for money. The bus stop is across the road which will take you everywhere on the island. great restaurants and shops(both food and gifts) very close by. Amazing facilities including the indoor swimming pool. the rooftop swimming pool would be amazing in the summer. Lovely rooms - a great place to stay.
