Location was great a bit sound from the street when you have a sea view but was ok.

We had a lot of issues here. Firstly, Our TV was not working. When we called reception, we were told that there were no staff to help and we had to wait till the next day so we were unable to use the TV. The lift took forever to come and we had to press the button multiple times. The staff were constantly using the lift so even when it did eventually come, we weren’t able to get inside because of the rubbish and cleaning bags that took up the whole lift. At times we waited so long, that we would get in the lift with staff and massive rubbish bags. Rubbish and dirty laundry were constantly left in the hallways. There were flies on the breakfast food and it looked like it had been sitting there for hours. The room was also so hot, the food and people were sweating. Very disappointed with the quality of the experience considering we paid a lot of money to stay in a hotel and not get a professional hotel experience. Personally I would not recommend this hotel to any of my friends or family and would not pay the amount I did for what we got.

Perfect Receptionist .. smilling and Helpful front Desk staff Anjta .. It is very nice that Anita knows Arabic which was really helpful to us during our stay . Manager Anna was also good .

Bed was hard as a rock Wifi didnt even reach the room Staff were cold and very unhelpful Shower was small and next to no pressure Coming back at 4pm and the room wasnt cleaned yet

The noise; the price; the old amenities; please upgrade the bathroom; the airco is old and on sensor meaning it’s warm at night. At almost 150€ a night we would except a little fridge in the room.

Overall very low value for the amount of money we paid, we expected much better. - The quality of the rooms was much worse than on the pictures, they were heavily photoshopped & the furniture was different - Poor beds, very soft & unstable mattresses - Hole on the wall of the room - Very thin walls & doors, every voice from the hallway was very loud - The staff only came on the 1st & last day (out of 7 days) to clean the room, on the last occasion we found the windows open (which is not really fun in 36 degrees) - Bedsheet was really dirty, even had a bloodstain on it - Water pressure (on 6th floor) was really poor in the shower, we couldn’t really set a proper temperature because the mixer was way too sensitive - The water in the toilet refilled slowly, we had to wait minutes for multiple flushes - No AC in the hallways, but open windows meant there were around 35 degrees on the 6th floor - Only one elevator for 7 floors, it was annoying when we had to walk to the 6th floor because the elevator just doesn’t come - Strange smell in the lobby - When we checked in we got the key to the wrong room so we went in to someone else’s room - it wasn’t an inconvenience for us, but we never left our keys at the reception afterwards :) - Breakfast was very simple & always the same, the coffee was really bad

Nothing comes to mind

I like how the water pressure was good and the AC works! Room was clean and wifi was great. Plus the staff were very nice, 10 star to Anita for helping me, she’s lovely. I’ll be back
