SpainThe dining room space is a little bit small. We went on December, which is low season, so we didn't have that many issues with it, since we were not that many people, but I imagine that when the hotel is completely booked it can become an issue, because there is no space to move around with your plate if someone is waiting in line to choose their food.
Amazing place! The room was big and comfortable! I love it when hotels include breakfast because it takes something of our mind, since we have it right there and we don't have to look for a place to do so outside. The breakfast included in this hotel was nice. It included a variety of pastries, cold meats, cheeses, cereals and natural fruit, so there was a good selection to choose from. Having the chance to do the check-in at any time because it was all through codes, came very handy, since we arrived quite late.

SerbiaGreat hotel! The location is perfect in Gzira, close to so many restaurants, bars, markets, and everything you need. Breakfast was great, lots of fresh and tasty options especially for such a low price. The staff on 7 level were super friendly. Room was very clean and spacious, and the view of the harbor is just beautiful. WiFi worked perfectly.

UkraineI really enjoyed my experience with Stuart Rooms from the very beginning! Starting from booking moments I applied from late check-out and Stuart Rooms were so kind to accept it without any additional fees! I truly like the location because it took only 2 minutes to get to the sea embankment and lots of stores/restaurants are in like 1 minutes from the hotel! Everything in the room was NEW, fresh and clean! I did enjoy a huuuuugeeeee and soft bed and colours of the room by the way happened to be my favourite. Also the check in and check out as an entrance codes are very convenient! And a little note about the hosts — I encountered a very kind attitude towards myself! Thank youuuuuu 😍 Wish you all the best, Stuart Rooms! I had a great time ♥️

BulgariaThere was no electricity on the right side of the bed. The coffee machine at the breakfast was constantly broken.
Perfect location, clean and cozy rooms, rich and tasty breakfast. I liked that there is a USB type C plugs in the sockets which was great. Be aware that the econony rooms are a bit dark since they point at the shaft. This is normal for Malta though, so it was OK for us, especially given the reasonable price we paid.

Located close to bus stops and plenty of good restaurants..located in a quiet street just of the main road.we were on the first floor and had the Maltese balcony and although enclosed was fine as all the windows opened .air conditioning was very good and kept us cool . room was clean and very comfortable bed.

IsraelThe room has no ventilation and no windows. We stayed there for a few days and it was like living in a closed cave. Even the toilet has no ventilation. This is the worst thing in this hotel and why i wouldn't recommend it. Also very dark in the rooms.

AustraliaThe service at this facility was the worst I have experienced. There is no one running a front desk, so if you need anything it is all via telephone. When we arrived there was plumbing issues with our toilet and it would not flush. We informed management about this and were told it would be fixed that day however, after returning 9 hours later the issue had not been resolved. We rang again and after much effort we requested a room change which was granted. The rooms are also not made up everyday and despite requesting new towels when we saw the cleaners, we returned to only have the floor mat replaced and not the towels. We rang again and were told they would bring new ones, yet we did not receive any after waiting an hour. We ended up having to take towels from another empty room upon instruction by management - I don’t know why we weren’t able to do that in the morning when we requested new ones. We also had issues with power where a singular light switched on in the early hours of the morning, none of the switches were working to turn it off and we could not use any other lights or power. We got told by staff that the power was out in the entire area - but why is one singular light able to be on, as well as every other light in the building. The wifi was also working as well as the lifts. The actual property itself seems like a comfortable stay, and the room itself was nice. But no services are provided here unless you ask on multiple occasions. If anything with your room is wrong or needs amendments, it will not be tended to.
The actual property itself appealing to the eyes and comfortable. Good location close to where many tour groups leave from and has a lot around.

The food in the morning was amazing, the pool open to 8pm was perfect. Then the staff cleaning and Checking up on you was great. Specifically Raj Kamal, such a friendly and welcoming member of staff.
