Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomThis is my favorite hotel in the EU so far!!! Their mattress and pillows are not typically used in the hotels, they are probably latex, so comfy and comfortable. Also Malta is famous for their unexpected UK socket, but the hotel has lots of USB sockets for the travelers which is very handy and thoughtfully. What’s more, their breakfast is served every day starting early in the morning and is free of charge!!! I have to depart early every day when I stayed there, but even so, the staff always prepared the breakfast early too! (What I personally like is that they even have lactose free food options). Last but not least is their rooftop area with a tiny pool and space to lay and chat, the view from there is incredible, I almost tear up when I was up there one night zoned out and chilling. The only thing to keep in mind is that the hotel is located on a hill, so be prepared if you have big luggages😆 Can’t tell you how much I love this hotel, will definitely coming back!

PolandHotel very well located. Very close to bus stops, promenade, restaurants. Clean, nice rooms cleaned every day. Nice service. Good breakfasts. Small pool on the roof and gym. Two terraces with table and sun loungers. Although we spent most of the time outside, you can use it in the evening. You can leave your luggage so that you can easily explore the last day. We highly recommend it.

United KingdomVery nice location and great facilities with friendly and helpful staff. The only slight issue was the room was slightly smaller than expected and there wasn't a lot of storage, but it didn't affect the overall stay. Lovely breakfast and the coffee machine in the room was very handy as well! Excellent decorations and modern room and bathrooms with pool on the roof

SerbiaThe breakfast was great, however, the choice of savory food could be improved.
Situated in a peaceful street of St. Julian’s, the hotel provides opportunity for a good night rest after an exciting day. Extra comfortable bed & pillows make you really lazy in the morning :) The furniture is all brand new, the interior is designed with a lot of details, yet minimalistic, making pleasant atmosphere. You have all the facilities you might need. Nearest bus station is 2 min walk, yet walking by the sea was always a better option for us. You can reach Sliema very quickly (if you are not taking coffee breaks by the water- which is highly recommendable :)

PolandI really liked the hotel format. It’s kind of like an apartment—you can prepare your own breakfast, for example—but also like a hotel, as drinks are available all day, and breakfast food is always stocked in the fridge. The staff is wonderful and very responsive. The hotel itself is very clean, stylish, and convenient. I highly recommend it!

IrelandMy only issue was the door to the shower. While the shower itself was magnificent the shower door was a very tight fit. I am not skinny, perhaps a bit overweight !!! but I thought I was going to be "wedged" between the wall and the shower door. It was quite an effort to get in and out!
The location of the breakfast was beautiful. It was a self service breakfast and had all the facilities to make coffee, boil eggs or toast sandwiches. A very pleasant experience

BulgariaThe only thing that didn't meet our expectations was the parking situation. According to the information in Booking there was available parking, but when we got there it turned out that we were supposed to park on the street. There were no available spots at that time, neither on the streets around the hotel, nor at the free parking nearby. We had to use a paid underground parking that was 10-15 minutes away.
The hotel was great - very comfortable, great location and good breakfast.

LatviaThanks, we enjoyed our stay here
It is new hotel and you can see and feel that. Everything is clean and in very good condition. Our kids enjoyed rooftop pool. For us the water was a bit too cold but kids don't bother :) Breakfast was ok but if you are staying for longer time it is a little boring to eat the same every morning.

United StatesThat we didn't get to stay longer!
My daughter and I stayed at the Bear and Ween during our time in Malta. The place is absolutely beautiful. It is very modern and you can tell that the owners put a lot of time and effort into the aesthetics. We loved the weenie dog wall of pictures ❤️ The place has all the amenities that you need, even an elevator! The rooftop pool was so relaxing and has a beautiful view. The beds were super comfortable and everything was very clean. The place looks brand new! Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance, which was great for us since we didn't rent a car! The staff was very accommodating and helpful with suggestions for the area. 10 out of 10 recommended, we will be back!

IndonesiaHonestly we loved it and will definitely be back!
We really enjoyed staying at this lovely, modern boutique hotel. It had all the well thought out touches which made our stay memorable and comfortable. It was a brand new hotel so it was very clean. The bed was so comfortable and nice hot showers with wonderful water pressure. The breakfast choice (especially for a free breakfast) was stellar! The staff was very accommodating and friendly with whatever we needed. Parking garage and supermarket very close which came in handy for us. So many restaurants nearby with so many things to do and see close by. We’ve stayed at many places in Malta and this is definitely the best. Modern, home away from home with amazing value for money! Highly recommend a stay here if you’re in Malta!

MaltaThe only “complaints” I have are that the hot water ran out very quickly and the location is a bit tedious since there is no parking allotted to the hotel itself.
I loved how quiet it was, there weren’t children running around and everything was serene.
