Everything. Great room, really friendly and attentive staff. Excellent a la carte breakfasts included. perfect location in the centre, close to Cathedral, bars, restaurants etc but in a quiet side street

We can't think of anything we didn't like....

What we liked the most was that the hotel is situated right in the heart of the Old city of Valetta and we could go anywhere on foot. We also enjoyed the amazing food at the restaurant and the really comfortable beds and pillows! Very good size of room for a family of 4.

I know it's an issue of space but I dislike showers over baths that you have to climb in and out of - walk-in showers so much better and easier. Also the bedroom and bathroom did not have one single hook or towel rail for towels or jackets etc. Put some near the door into the room and behind the bathroom door and it would be great.

Room was great mainly because of the terrace which was fantastic. Lovely to sit out in the sun with a drink and a book. Lovely view of the harbour and city if you looked over the glass fence at the front. The staff were really nice and it was nice to have breakfast served at your table instead of the 'buffet'.

This boutique hotel is charming and location is perfect. The rooms are very spacious, bed is comfortable and the shower has good pressure and very hot water. The staff is very professional. Breakfast is good, it could be better, but fair enough for the price. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I’m old and found the shower floor a bit slippery. I could have done with a grab bar.

Staff could not have been nicer I’d like to thank Noble in particular. Location wonderful in the heart of Valletta. Room large and bright well appointed. Breakfast served instead of usual buffet, with a large choice on the menu.

Staff at the reception are confused (some of them probably due to modest English knowledge and they mix the term preauthorization and payment). The same holds for those working at breakfast. I have lactose intolerance and twice times they made a mistake in my meal due to poor English knowledge. Also, the breakfast could be more various.

Room is spacious and clean, very well equipped with coffee maker, hairdryer and for ironing. I liked complimentary water, tea and coffee in the room each day. Location is excellent. Ladies who clean are friendly and dedicated to their work.

Very hard beds Description of room misleading. It is not a suite. It is a very large room with the standard hotel room set up of a desk and one chair. No suite area for 2 to sit in.

Great location in the centre of Valletta. Very large room with all mod cons. Great design. Good quality breakfast in nice surroundings.

On the website the price for champagne in the minibar was 9€, but when we checked out I was charged 20€ by the front desk clerk! He wouldn’t hear of it when I told him there was a different price on the price list. In fact there’s nothing on the minibar price list that costs that much. Since we were in a hurry to get to the airport I didn’t have time to sort this out. I was very disappointed by this, doesn’t seem like honest business to me.

Nice small hotel in great location. The room on the top floor was spacious and super quiet - no noise from the streets or other guests. The room and the bathroom were spotless. Breakfast was good.

On my room no price-list was found regarding mini-bar products so i didnt appreciate the fact that they charged my collegue for a pack of chips.

Fabulous location and amenities, even though people should now that most rooms come with an internal window looking on the inside of the building which can be a bit claustrophobic, but other than that all was great. It actually worked out for the best as we went during the carnival which was extremely noisy, so it was very quiet inside the room, which was great! Great breakfast and of course couldnt say enough for the amazing professional service we had by all of the employees there, especially Davide who had a solution to practically everything we requested and assisted in everything possible, by recommending restaurants and giving us all sort of information. Employees like him are what makes a hotel really stand out. We will visit again without a doubt!! thank you.
