The facilities needed updating e.g. the shower head needed replacing as the water was more or less dripping out not at full power at all. Also a little ant infestation in the room and phone not working 🙃

Bed, sockets. There is no slippers, we asked for them. A towel was torn. Sometimes there wasn't any staff at place, for example, near the pool or at the bar on first floor. Water in the pool was a bit cold.

Size of the room, the toilet, shower are good. Pleasant staff, clean. The pool on the roof is great and the bar right next to the pool as well!

Not the properties fault but worth nothing: the view from the rooftop pool isn’t particularly pretty, with the cranes everywhere (but that’s just st Julian’s in general). Our bedroom smelt of smoke but it wasn’t particularly overpowering. There was a sewage problem the day we came where we had to run the tap and shower for 5-10mins to get rid of the smell but it did work. The immediate surrounding area outside the hotel is an eye sore but as it’s on a strip you can’t expect too much else and if you’re looking for a beautiful location then you’re better staying in Valletta. Even though the hotel is beautiful I wouldn’t recommend it for couples, families etc because it is directly on the strip so as you exit it’s not very aesthetic

The staff were absolutely excellent, they were so attentive & warm. One of the staff members was particularly lovely & actually went all out to take a picture of us girls, making sure the lighting was right etc. The 4 person room was spacious with a balcony and it got cleaned every day. The spa was beautiful & the rooftop pool was great & all 6 of us girls managed to get sunloungers every time we tried. The location is on the strip but it wasn’t very loud so best of both worlds

The noise of the streets and housekeeping in the hallway. It is noisy and you here a lot. The curtains where not dark enough. So if you like to sleep in dark then it its hard.

The staff was friendly and they think with you. It is a nice hotel for going out like if you are 18 to 21 we years old, we were a little to old. The hotel has a nice rooftop with pool, good housekeeping.

Close to all the amenities and to the bus station and clean also the check in was very fast.

No free water bottles in the rooms which was a shame. Also there were construction work right out side our hotel room which brought in dust and caused us to feel stuffy. Could have gave us a room on a different side of the hotel.

Really good location right in the center of St Julians. The hotel was clean and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The pool area was lovely overlooking St Julians. Staff were helpful and friendly. There’s free wifi in the hotel. Overall we had a great stay
