Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

MaltaArrived earlier then check in time and went up to pool area to get a bottle of wine. Time for check in was due so I asked the bar to keep my wine bottle till I go down and check in. Took 5mins exactly when I return there is no one at the bar. I waited for 30mins next to the bar and then called reception asking if bar is closed. They inform me bar is open and that the barman is coming shortly. I waited another 15mins and he is still not there. They better said he is not coming in another 30mins this way I could have gone and enjoyed the sun. I stay waiting and I call again and again they inform me he is coming shortly. Another 15mins passed and he arrived calmly with a grin on his face whilst I'm super frustrated that the first hour of my hotel was fucked up. This is surely not what I expect from a 4star hotel. Later I was on sunbed and my friend went to ask for a food menu. He advised the only food items served are bruschetta and fries and that she has to go collect when they are ready as they do not bring them however there is nothing to note when they will be ready. She came to tell me and we decided to order bruschettas and fries. She went to order and the barman says he has been looking for the bread but cannot find it so we can order fries only 🙈🙈 he also explained how the bar is not of the hotel and that he has to manage Pasta & co downstairs and upstairs too when he is only one person. He also said he doesn't care if he is fired because he is fed up. Surely not something the clients care about and if someone is paying for a 4star service he expects a 4star service. The only thing I'm giving 1star for is because the fries were good. I also notified him and also the reception whilst on call with them that I will leave the worst review ever to which no one cared. The reception staff were very nice and I have no complaints about them. The pool area doesn't even know what the word management is let alone is being managed.
The reception staff was great. The pool area was nice.

RussiaWe booked the hotel half an hour before and arrived at 11:30 because of power cut in our place, we're local and we had to find somewhere to stay one night to sleep with AC. The receptionist starter to play that he doesn't see our booking in the system and offered to us to cancel it and book directly with the hotel. Booking price was €185 and hotel offered €270, obviously we didn't agree, so the manager kept us with a 3year old child for 30 minutes waiting to check us in, because he had some problems with the system. Besides this awkward situation, the carpets in the halls are filthy, the sofas and armchairs are dirty and need good upholstery cleaning. In the bathroom I found mold in the corners, the toilet was all scratched... The breakfast was poor, one of two coffee machines did not work, the other one was making very bad coffee. No electricity in the toilet next to the outdoor pool. The receptionist which was working the night shift when we arrived the next day was working at the kitchen! So no, the place is not worthed the money.
The bed and the room was big.

United KingdomWish we had of been informed about the major road and building works outside the hotel. It made the experience a littel grim Not having a balcony wall between each balcony meant you felt very exposed if sitting out
Lovely room, and great staff.

United KingdomThe only issue was the construction outside was difficult to get past with the push chair and there were drunk people making loud noises outside at night. Not a fault of the hotel at all but I wish we had got a room on the other side of the hotel not facing the road. Neither of these issues could be helped by the hotel however, if it could, I'm sure they would have sorted it!
The staff working there couldn't do enough to help us. They always greeted us with smiles and made a fuss of our baby son. The hotel left a bottle of prosecco on ice in the room on my birthday and let us check out a couple of hours late which was so helpful with our little one. The room was lovely and comfortable. The travel cot for our son was very good with fresh sheets in there as well. The pools were lovely!

United KingdomMany teenagers stay in the hotel, they come back late from partying and noise is high during early hours of the morning, they also take over the pool, which is a small area as it is. They would splash, throw ice etc. Hotel is also close to construction sites. Breakfast is standard and the same every day. Not worth the money we paid to stay here. The hotel could do with some maintenance. The lift was out of service on a few occasions, the sofa in the room had stains, the toilet roll holder was on the floor when we checked in to our room. The architect did a popr job designing the hotel and the fire alarm was hanging off our room ceiling. The bed was not the most comfortable.
Location is convenient and reception staff were helpful.

Room next door of mine seemed to be full of young men every night after 2pm they would run up and down the corridor all sounded drunk this went on for more then 4 nights I only complained upon my departure the staff seemed unaware of the issue on this floor level I found this difficult to believe I think it was just they new they would be unable to combat the issue if they were to do anything at that time of night with only one security for the entire night.

United KingdomBelow satisfactory cleaning standards. The first room we were given had a toilet that leaked at the flusher, but the receptionist was helpful with getting us into a different room on the same day. Not very comfortable to share the quadruple room if you’re a group of girls, because there aren’t many mirrors and the lighting was poor.
Good location and very affordable
