Even though the room was a "family room", it had stone flooring, so was not possible to let the baby crawl around, as she would have caught a cold. Both the room's main entry door and the door to the bathroom was defect, and closing was not possible without a big bang / considerable noise. The room was supposed to be sound insulated, but a party on Saturday night kept up the family until late at night.

It was a shame that the rooftop bar wasn’t open (and it didn’t say that it wouldn’t be when I booked). Also, the cleaners only left us one set of towels (for two people) on the last two days day before we left, which wasn’t very helpful.

Nice four star accommodation right in the centre of Valletta. We had a family room which was on the quieter side of the hotel.

The beds were too soft. The indoor pool is quite small, even for low tourist season in February.

It was great having the restaurant options for when we didn’t want to go out. The sauna and steam room were great. The staff was amazingly attentive and pleasant. It’s a quick 5-min walk to the ferry to Valletta.

The room was nice, huge bed. 😀The hotel provided crib for our baby free of charge. The food was excellent 👌 breakfast a lot of varieties. We also ordered in room service and the meals were amazing and so tasty. Staff is so friendly and ready to help with any issue.

The heating function of the AC only worked in the evenings. It would have been nice if it had worked in the morning too, but it was not too much of an inconvenience for us.

The hotel met our expectations based on the previous reviews. The location is very good, only a few minutes walk away from the ferry to Valletta. We spent 4 nights there from Thursday to Monday. The neighbourhood is very quiet and the hotel is fairly new so the windows are also well insulated. This gives you piece and quiet in the room (provided you don't have noisy guests next door, but this was not the case). We booked a standard room overlooking the inner yard without a balcony, but got an upgrade to a deluxe room with a balcony. The double bed was huge (probably about 220 cm) and very comfortable. Everyone from the staff we met was very polite and friendly, and not in an artificial way. The breakfast was very good, the cappucino was excellent and the prices in the Talk of Town cafe where we had drinks and some food in the evenings was very reasonable. The wellness area has a small pool (big enough for kids) and a few different types of saunas. All in all we very much enjoyed our stay.

Pleasant reception area and easy check-in. Didn't use the restaurant but there was a pavement cafe at the hotel. The food was great sized portions, very tasty and great service. The hotel rooms were large and well laid out. The bed was huge and very comfortable to sleep on. We would highly recommend.

We mostly used the indoor pool, it was very clean and the children had lots of fun. The room which was a family room was big and spacious. Breakfast was not included, I didn't add it since we don't eat that much, maybe a coffee and croissant/bread, and 20 euro per adult it would not be value for money.

The Spa Center was very, very bad.... small, full with children, steam bath was like plastic capsul for 4 person, one of the seat was broken and was too much hot l and unpleasant for use, the sauna wasn't too hot and not so clean like all....
