Apartment is in quite good location. It is close to buses which go to Valetta or to Dingli or Riviera - 222 or 225. Inside there is air conditioning, it is well isolated so no noises from the street. There is tv, kitchen with utensils. It was also clean - service was changing towels every day which was like in some 5 star hotel and is a plus. I don't know if it is the same in the summer, but in January it was liek this. I would come again in the future.

It's on the same street as an active construction site, drilling from 9am to 5pm. We were able to hear this quite clearly from our room (which faced the street) and the roof top pool at these times. There was also a constant subtle beeping in the room which we addressed with staff. They said they investigated the noise, however, they came back to tell us that this beeping happened to be in every room. We were stuck with the beeping for the duration of our holiday. There was also an incident where the fire alarm went off before 8am in the morning and we had to evacuate the building. Not suitable for a relaxing holiday.

Location is great and the roof top pool has a lovely view. Staff were nice.

It's unbelievable that I booked and paid for a room with a balcony, and I got a room with a window where you can only see the sky, and the window can hardly be opened, because it's so high. When I asked the owner via booking messages about the above, he explained to me that the rooms are occupied, so in that case someone gets a room without a balcony, regardless of whether I paid for a room with a balcony.

The location is good, about 10 minutes to the main road. Very clean and modern, tidy whole facility as well as the room with excellent, friendly and accommodating staff. This part deserves a rating of 9/10, but due to the below mentioned no more than 6.

Sofa bed, not a proper bed. Location was very disappointing. Having to wait for our room to be ready was frustrating after receiving confirmation we could check in at a particular time.

We booked a room with a balcony and got one without a balcony and with a small window. When we asked them to change the room, they didn't agree and didn't change it. So our stay was therefore not very comfortable.

I was let down when I realized our “balcony” wasn’t actually a balcony. I did not know we might get a room in basement, which we did and so we never got any sun to enjoy in our room. There were some things that I wasn’t too happy with, our room wasn’t really cleaned until around 17:00 each day during our stay, we had it happen more than once that we did not get any toilet paper when the room was cleaned either. The hot water was turned off in our room by accident and although we were offered to get to take a shower in another room while it was being fixed, we didn’t want to make a hassle. I was mostly disappointed when asking if there was a possibility we could check out an hour later as we had both gotten food poisoning, but was told no as the room would be rented out that day. We instead sat in the room that used to be where the breakfast was served and left before anyone had even checked in.

Very nice location. Everything seemed new and clean and we really enjoyed our stay in general.

Overpriced for services….

We have arrived at night, very nice to have codes to the doors, apartment was Newly remodelled,… as the apart looks nice and fresh- feels like uninhabitable.. like few paintings on the wall would give more life to it) vary spacious and bathroom is great! But, if you plan to cook- as we did ( we never did))) there’s nothing, very basic cookware, glass plates, glasses, but no salt, pepper, olive oil, paper towels, so if you stay there for more than few days you have to buy it yourself, which is ok, but we’ were there for 2 nights, so I kind of decided that it would be not be fair….. so from my experience renting apartments, there were always basic things like salt and oil..and paper towels.. ok, no Problem, we bought some) Balcony is there, but we had a non sunny side, so it was useless) In general, we are satisfied, just few things here you should know considering this place I would stay there again- yes! One more thing) The elevator works, but some days doesn’t) stairs are nice and easy, but if you are handicapped- I have warned you) The rooftop space is very cool! Clear water, not heated, but they have few sunbeds, like about 6 , so I imagine how cool it would be over there in season, they might be all taken, so go there earlier to get them) Location! Yes, it’s very nice, close to Balluta bay And one of the best - there’s Dave’s supermarket open 24/7 ! Like 200 metres from apartment, that was very useful, as we have arrived at night and there was not even water in the apartment And yes, they sell wine after 22:00… There was also a really nice place to Dave’s , some veggie store, we have purchased a local adapter there for 4,5 euros! We we happy Reccomend!

We book the room with the balcony and we get the one without it, only with the small window positioned high up so we didn't have any insight into what it was like outside. When we asked for other room, they offered a room designed for disabled with the bathroom without any glass in the shower and the ropes that are around. Additionally, it was noisy from 6 in the morning due to the building reconstruction across the street

Pool closing time it's far to early.

The place looks nice and clean. The street is a whole building site so basically we have been up almost every day at 5, 6 am because the noise from the builders . This is not the hotel fault but have that in mind when booking. Reception team really polite and attentive. Value for money? Hmm, I'd say that is quite expensive for a basic room. Rooftop pool is also very small and only 1m deep and shockingly its closing at 5pm. Hopefully something will change in the future with the pool closing time as the average traveler wanna go explore, not stay inside but after a long day travelling you wanna relax and enjoy the sunrise in the pool but surprise, it's closed... Other than that, not much to add.

It’s not sea front or beach front and the ‘sea-view’ room which I had was basically a far away view of a blue line and not like shown in the photos at all. The hotel is also in a very small narrow road. There‘a a small shop 2 minutes away where you can buy bread and other small bits to cook yourself but the ability to have an already made breakfast is much more ideal, or at least the options of having cafe’s near would have been great. The sea is quite a long walk, not recommended unless you want to walk 40 minutes plus, you will need a taxi. Also, there’s really nothing to do at the hotel, it’s literally just a place to sleep and that’s it. There’s an option to have breakfast at discount price but that’s with another hotel, the staff told me it’s 15-20 minutes so I didn’t bother as it was an inconvenience for me. The pool in the terrace looked lovely but it’s in a small space.

The hotel was very clean, I had no complaint when it came to that. I’m Very fussy about the cleanliness of hotels so It was lovely.

Only 1 cheap coffee / tea bag. One of the days I wanted to cook, the basic things like salt and pepper or a little oil were missing. The shower was clean but not powerful, the water-flow was slow and took a lot of time to shower. The lighting was too strong and couldn't fit romantic mood.

It was super clean, the staff was super nice and friendly and always answered quickly and the bed was comfortable.

kitchen has 2 stoves but you can use just one at a time - because of the big pans that dont fit. There is not enough kitchenware. Tv is placed lower than bed, and it is difficult to watch. In bathroom, shower is weird to use. After showering there is a lot of water on the floor (we were very careful). Pool is often not open at the timetable, we had to look for staff everywhere in our swimsuit to open the pool. First 2 days we got clean towels and then for the rest of the stay didn’t. Also after our stay we needed help with reciept and communication with accommodation was impossible.

However, I do feel that they have some things to learn/improve. During our stay, there was a lot of noisy construction right outside our door in the morning. We wanted to relax in our apartment, but it was impossible. If we had known this beforehand, we would have definitely booked somewhere else. Because of this and the staff, we didn't feel welcome. Housekeeping could be better, and there were still some small things missing in the room, like bedside lamps, a nightstand, a toilet paper holder, etc.

The hotel and room is brand new and looks spotless. We even had access to a washer and dryer in our room. Super luxurious! The location is fine - a 13-minute walk to the ferry to Valletta. Also lots of restaurant options nearby.

It was in a great location, easy walk to Sliema promenade and St Julian’s and short bus ride to Valetta. The suites were lovely, big double beds and a lovely balcony.
