We’ve been here before, great location for walking or just using it as a base. Very friendly staff, breakfast was excellent, rooms are very spacious. A must see is the Sunday market.

The bathroom was small, and there was nowhere to sit other than the bed. We would have brought in the chairs from the terrace if it hadn't rained. We also missed having a luggage stand. These are only minor things, considering we really enjoyed our stay.

The location is close to everything . Our room was spacious and bright. The bed was very comfortable.and the terrace is awesome.

Excellent value accommodation. The Scirocco room was very large with a comfortable bed. The cleanliness of the room was very good. Breakfast was varied and to a high standard. No complaints at all.

Access via steep marble steps, though there is a stair lift for the disabled. The bathroom shape is irregular but the long rectangular shower tray doesn’t compensate for this and protrudes out across and close to the doorway. Be prepared to trip over it every time you go in and out of the bathroom

Clean, comfortable accommodation a few steps from Marsaxlokk harbour. The room is big. Good value for money. Quite cool in winter.

a bonafide coffee machine in the room would be a huge asset, rather than instant coffee, tho the brand they stock is much better than others.

there is much to like, from the staff, who bend over backwards to accommodate their guests, breakfast which is quite varied in food choices and all very good, to the quiet space and views from the terraces. this is a top notch establishment.

We stayed at this guesthouse for one day. The first thing that impressed us was the staff’s attitude towards guests – their friendliness and willingness to accommodate our arrival time, as well as their helpful recommendations for visiting local attractions. The guesthouse's location is simply perfect: right in the city center, close to the harbor, and near a bus stop. The room had everything we needed, was clean, and featured a modern design. The only thing that could be improved is the variety of breakfast options. Overall, I highly recommend this guesthouse and would definitely stay here again if given the chance!

Loud construction site next door in the morning

Location in the very center of Marsaxlokk. Very comfortable. modern and fully equipped apartment. Good continental breakfast.

There was construction in the building next door that started at 7am on weekdays, nothing the hotel can do about that of course and on the weekend there was no noise, so I'm quite sure once that construction is finished it's always going to be as quiet as we had it on the weekend. We were not too disturbed by it since we were heading out early anyway to explore the surroundings.

The location in Marsaxlokk is very good as the guest house is in close proximity to the harbour. Breakfast was good and the staff was super friendly. The room was clean and spacious and had everything that we needed during our stay. We got towels from the reception to use when going to a nearby beach which was really nice.

"I thought breakfast was served until 10:30, so I went down around 10:10, only to realize it actually ended at 10:00. The staff was already in the process of cleaning up and putting everything away. However, when one of the team members saw that I hadn’t had my breakfast yet, he went out of his way to reopen the breakfast area just for me! This kind gesture really made my morning, and I truly appreciate the excellent customer service. Highly recommended for their thoughtful and attentive staff!"

The only thing is the bathroom, it could be a bit bigger, and maybe a makeup mirror in addition to the regular one, and some extra lights for the same reason.

Spacious room, clean and tidy, as the whole guesthouse. The breakfast is great and they even prepared us breakfast for our check out day as otherwise we had to left too early for a breakfast. Amazing personnel. . A great place to stay.
