Staff were all amazing and really helpful and friendly. Food was great with lots of choice. The, resort was a good size with enough to do without feeling too busy or crowded. Good location to explore other parts of Mauritius. Can't wait to come back!

Evening dinner time gets very busy, so find a table before getting food, or you could be stood around looking for a table while your food goes cold!

The concept of the wine cellar was also not entirely satisfactory, as the wine was only available at certain times during meals. Additionally, despite being promised twice, a wine tasting was not possible because the sommelier was always busy with "other" guests and forgot about us despite our inquiries. Despite these points, we would return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beautiful grounds and the relaxed atmosphere are particularly noteworthy. Unfortunately, the quality of service significantly declined during the second week. However, the waiter Deepak consistently provided top-notch service and attention. Thank you once again, dear Deepak.

I think the only 2 negatives for us were, first, the restricted choices of food for lunch; the buffet wasn't as varied as for dinner. The second would be the weather for which the hotel can do nothing about as it tends to rain more in the East than in the west/North west.

We had a great stay as the hotel is very private, and secluded in a positive sense. We felt very much able to relax and enjoy privacy. Food was available at all times and thus enabled us to have flexible eating times. Good food quality and variety for dinner and breakfast. We were there for our wedding anniversary and were offered a lot of special treats for the occasion.

Speaking of the downsides - we found it really annoying and unhygienic that birds were jumping freely on the tables during breakfast and lunch,we literally could not leave food unattended without birds pecking on it ,also the shower in the room was not working greatly

The location is the only down side. It is in one of the windiest parts of Mauritius.

The food was magnificent, probably the best ive ever had in a All Inclusive hotel. The wine cellar was incredible with so many different choices. The bar had a very good selection of drinks. Bedrooms were very comfortable. The hotel had the right size for the number of guests so you never felt crowded. The staff was super attentive and always helping us with 1 year old baby. The hotel also gave us the contact of a baby sitter and she was great.

There aren’t that many chairs by the pools so if you prefer the pool over the beach (gladly we do not) I hope you like to wake up early as well because guests start reserving chairs by 7am. It’s against hotel policy but there’s no one around to enforce it.

C Mauritius is an amazing place to spend your vacations! Very comfortable and clean, the staff is super friendly and the food is quite good! From what we manage to see it clearly has one of the best beaches around! It can be windy sometimes, but it’s the kite surf coast after all so that is to be expected. The gym is very well equipped. Special thanks to Emilie for the warm welcome and Deepak at dinner service!

Beach bar was closed in the evenings so everyone had to use the hotel bar which meant it was difficult to find somewhere to sit after having dinner as it was very busy. Very windy all the time, should have researched this myself more before booking the east coast.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Large bedrooms with nice view to the sea. Good drink selection and very good wine selection. Food was good but all buffet service.

The only thing that we really disliked was presence of birds is dining area, they are freely jumping on tables, chairs and even serving dishes. Got my phone and shirt stained on bird feces. Other things which could be improved: - Food was a bit bland, especially in main dish selection and desserts - The service was not always perfect as we expected based on other reviews. During 3 nights stay they didn't manage to provide us promised coupon for romantic dinner as part of honeymoon offer. After asking for it 3 times (Whatsapp channel is really useless as we never received any acknowledgement or answer) we just gave up as it wasn't that important anymore.

If you like idealistic beach holidays in on a paradise island then nothing negative to say at all.

Travelled with children aged 3 and 5 - two adjoining prestige rooms located right by the swimming pool and beach. Rooms had good beds and bathroom facilities. But you don't need to spend much time in the rooms because the resort facilities are absolutely fantastic. We stayed for 7 nights without leaving the resort. The private beach has warm and shallow water which is perfect for kids to splash around on their own - when we weren't eating, we spent nearly all our time there without the kids ever getting bored. The sunbeds were usually available if you were early enough and there was plenty of snorkelling equipment, beach toys, and other activities to keep kids amused. The swimming pools were never too busy and had good steps for young kids to get in and out of. The food was the best we've seen at an all inclusive - fresh food often cooked right in front of you. Plenty of options including pizza, curries, fresh fish, fresh meat, burgers, pancakes, and a lot more. The all inclusive drinks selection was also amazing with dozens of bottles of wine, all manner of cocktails, as well as beers, soft drinks, and sparkling wine. The staff were amazing without exception. All were friendly and keen to help as much as they could. They made a huge positive impression on every interaction. The value for money is one of the best we've seen - the only resorts around the world that we've seen that have similar quality facilities / food cost three or four times as much.

They were slow to clear plates away at dinner . So often sitting with dirty tables around you . Some staff at dinner not doing a lot . Others running around like mad .

Liked the atmosphere . Location . Lovely rooms and view from room . Evening entertainment was good nice chilled vibe . Beautiful beach . Some really good staff especially Moon at bar in the evening !!

Even if the hotel did the best to clean the beach from sea weed, they should need to do more often

The property, staff,facilities and location were excellent. The staff took extra extra care to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Reception front desk ,dining room, bar cleaning and ground staff were excellent. All were great.Some people who dealt with us were exceptional -Rajesh, Sanjeev,Emily,Hilroy,Krishna and Atish.I can comfortably give a 10 out of 10 .The weather made the beach less enjoyable but the pool and all the other facilities were grand.

Service was without fault. Friendly and attentive staff, lovely rooms with big beds, great food, literally drinks on tap, clean beach, and to top it off, they organised something for you to do every night (if you wanted to), including: wine tasting in the pool, a DJ party and catering on the beach, beer pong (low key). There's even a little library there, so when I finished my book, I grabbed one that other guests had left during their stay. Highly recommend this experience.

Every day we were among the first to arrive at the beach and every day we were surprised that there were almost no sun loungers available as it were reserved with towels. Really annoying, didn't expect this in a hotel like this :(

Beautiful hotel with nice environment and well set in Nature. Friendly and helpful staff always striving to make you feel well. Good all-inclusive package: tasty food, lots of variety and well prepared drinks and cocktails. Comfortable and well equipped rooms with mini fridge that was replenished daily. Snorkeling, kayak and stand up paddle equipment included. Beautiful beach with white sand and pristine warm water. Overall was an amazing start for our Mauritius trip. Great hotel for some days in the East Coast.
