Small things: I would have wished that there could have been a playground for kids - especially also seeing how many kids visits the hotel. I do not mean for babies but for kids +5 years. It could ex. be next to the tennis area. The reception could be a bit more attentive. Coming there to ask questions, they would talk to each other or other people at the same time, instead of taking one person at the time, that was sometimes irritating. But many of them was sweet.

The staff was the main reason for making the trip perfect. The selection of food was amazing and different every day. and C Mauritiues was in good condition and maintained. WE WOULD DEFENTLY COME BACK AGAIN. We would like to highlight a few people working at C Mauritius, who really made our stay extra special. Restaurant: Deepak - was mainly working in the evening during our stay. He was extremely friendly and nice. He made our experience in the restaurant extra special, and he was very attentive for my son. We wish him a great future and wish him a big position at the hotel. We hope that the head of the hotel really values him. Nishta - what an amazing and sweet lady. Always smiling and talking. She is very service-minded and we wish her great success. Cleaner: Sandhya - She was one special lady. Not only did she clean perfect, but she also made sweet animals for our son with towels to my son every day. She was extremely sweet and a beautiful lady. We wish her all the best and success. Greeting you by arrival with taxi: The two gentlemen greeting your when needing a taxi or going with a car in the waiting area. They were so friendly and helpfull. These were just few people, but so many was excellent.

We truly didnt find anything negative in this hotel.

The hotel is beautiful. Staff is extremely helpful, they go out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We had a minor issue with our room after we checked in, but the staff came to move us to a different room in the night. You can tell the handover is excellent, as all the day (cleaning) staff was aware that we had switched rooms in the night and tried even harder to make us as happy as possible. Facilities are great, the all-in menu is great (every cocktail/type of drink you can think of, its included). Would recommend to everyone

having to watch out for birds which are already around to eat from my plate. It would be great if they could set up a further off place for food for birds, so that they stay away from human food area.

The resort was fantastic. Everything is oriented towards rest and entertainment of the guests. The staff is extremely friendly and nice and ready to help at any time. The food was divine. I especially liked that the resort takes care of ecology, from preventing food waste to avoiding plastic. Recommended to everyone who wants an unforgettable vacation in Mauritius.

The only thing we didn't like was that we eventually had to leave this amazing resort.

As an all inclusive resort, this is one of the very best. The staff and facilities were amazing and they were quick to accommodate our needs.

- If you stay more than 2 days, you may feel the food is a little repetitive.  - Some staff at the reception (I don't want to name them) were a bit rude, which was the only thing that upset me.

Great people, good property! Jess/Rajesh- I've never seen such caring staff in any other hotel. Gave us a brotherly feel and made us very comfortable. Thank you, Jess! This man is quite good at transforming guests into friends. Nevin/ Emilie- Very helpful and people with a great attitude.  Interns- Nabeel, Afnas, Gokul and Joseph- I'm glad to meet these little brothers. Gave us the best company and helped us make sure we were "Home".  Cheffs/Bellboys - Very friendly and more than ready to help! Lalitha- This unsung hero ensures this property has the best rating! He makes it super clean..

Sometimes quiet on the evenings, but perfect for a relaxing holiday which is what we wanted

Staff were brilliant, always helpful and friendly Lots of food choices each evening and always switched it up. We did the bike excursion to the market and the south tour excursion which was brilliant as we got to tick off lots of the sites! Highly recommend!

I probably would have liked a bigger room because we have a baby and I would have liked to be on the ground floor because of the pram. I also needed a baby changing station near the beach/beach bar/pool area or even near the main restaurant.

The staff just went out of their way to make our stay comfortable, wonderful and memorable. I asked for a baby crib and they supplied me with a crib, bottle sterilizer, nappy bin and baby bath. I was so pleasantly surprised and it was just amazing that they went above and beyond like that. The food was incredible and I particularly loved the downstairs all-day self service restaurant area. It is such a great idea especially if you want to quickly grab a sandwich or a beer when the bar is too busy. The beach was beautiful! The wine was great and the cocktails were great.

However, there were a couple of drawbacks that need mentioning. Firstly, the pool water was quite cold, and unfortunately, there were no heating facilities available in both the pool and the spa jacuzzi. This made it less inviting for guests, especially those who preferred warmer water temperatures. Secondly, there was a notable absence of a dedicated play area for kids. This was disappointing, as it limited entertainment options for children and restricted their opportunities for outdoor activities within the resort.

My stay at C Mauritius Resort was overall enjoyable, with some positive and negative aspects to note. The service provided by Mr. Jess and Ms. Pamela was exemplary, and they went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. They were attentive, friendly, and accommodating, making our experience truly memorable. One highlight was the chef's special food preparations for our kids. The chef took into consideration their preferences and dietary needs, delivering delicious and customized meals that were greatly appreciated by our family. The beach at the resort was also impressive, offering a beautiful and relaxing setting. We thoroughly enjoyed spending time by the shore, soaking up the sun, and taking in the stunning views.

I loved my 1 week at C Mauritius and can not wait to visit again. I went there for my honeymoon and I had the best hotel experience of my life. The all crew are so lovely and kind, the chefs are so freaking good, I had the pleasure to talk to the Chef Dursun and could not say thank you enough for the amazing food He prepares for the hotel, I loved especially the criollo food and Indian dishes.
