Excellent hotel. Not typical huge all inclusive resort, as this is not so big, so u feel it like more familiar. Amazing beach, really nice staff. I really appreciate they provided an earlier check in.

NetherlandsFood was most of the time mediocre. In order to understand how we can use the facilities (SPA, gym, etc.) or join some activities, we had to do a lot of back and forth with the reception. The communication was not very effective.
SPA was good. We went to the gym a few times, it was also nice. We joined the trekking activity, it was maybe the best time for us in Mauritius, so highly recommend that one. The beach was okay, it was a bit windy when we were there (in August). Staff was always helpful and very kind.

The location is amazing. the water by the beach is clear and colourful. The entire staff, Jonathan, Sanjay, Awhkay, Rajesh, are the few I remember from the top of my head. buy they literally made our stay personal. It felt like being home with warm hearted greetings. the creation of Jonathan when it comes to drinks is outstanding. he would make you cocktails that were not in the menu and they were always top notch. The food is a spread. the three different restaurants carried different options and so you have plenty of options to choose from. Their activities in the hotel are nice as well. I especially enjoyed the bowing session. The coach made it easy and within an hour I was hooked.

The hotel is amazing . Perfect white sand beaches and turquoise waters. But best if all the staff is amazing . They know the meaning of true hospitality! You are treated as royalty … The chefs went out of their way to prepare special Indian dishes on request . However the Buffet each day is varied with amazing choices on it . From roast lambs/ venison/ chicken/ duck to delicious seafood options and grills and barbeques.Huge vegetarian options as well. The quality of the food and drinks served are top notch and not your average run of mill beverages and food simply because it is an All Inclusive resort . The spa was also great ..i had 4 different massages and facials . There is the options of burgers and hotdogs and pizzas at the beach club and Crepes and coffee shop vibe every afternoon at the Beach club as well. I was in Deluxe ground floor Room 420 and woke up every morning to mesmerising views of the ocean. The hotel is super clean . NO flies etc Hats off to the General Manager of this great Hotel .. he has trained his staff very well . Karin , Davison ,Chef Rishi ,chef Reshma , Sanjay, Jonathan , Vassen .. these staff will amaze and spoil you . No request is too big to too small at C Mauritius. DO NOT hestiate to book this hotel!!! So worth a stay . I will return for sure.

Kitesurfing school in the front of the hotel at the beach -- excellent for beginners like us. Many activities to do (some included, some paid separately).

South AfricaIn the winter months, this is the ideal spot for Windsurfing etc. BUT that means the wind blows a lot of the time, so not you sit in the sun on the beach type of spot in the winter months. This must be the ideal place for summer though.
Everything the hotel could offer and do was as expected or better. Very few items are excluded from the "all-in" package in terms of drinks which, I liked.

United KingdomThe dining room was good with different food options, but the staff waiting tables were a little chaotic and it could take a long time for drinks to come. But otherwise everyone was really pleasant and helpful.
Chic hotel with great facilities and a generous all-inclusive. Food options were good and alcohol choices were excellent! Make sure to get up early to catch a sunrise if you stay.

South Africarooms had no bathtub which is really unusual for a 5 star hotel. also we taking taxis which can be expensive. they seem to take advantage of foreigners but this got nothing to do with hotel
the hotel is beautiful located right at the beach. our room had an amazing ocean view. we had taken an all inclusive , everyday there is a buffet dinner with different theme each day, drinks are refilled every day , lunch is also a buffet with lot of varieties. staff was amazing, big up to all of them we really enjoyed ourselves

We had great stay in C Mauritius, our room was updated to deluxe option, room was really spacious with beautiful view over the swimming pool and the sea. Everybody was really nice and helpful. Especially front desk, they managed delivery of our lost baggage, when airport could not manage deliver on time. Really big thanks to Tina! Also nice selection of activities, really beautiful beach and swimming pools. Great selection of wines.

We had an all inclusive stay.. everything was just perfect .. all staffs were very welcoming and friendly .. always willing to go the extra mile to meet our requirements.. it would be unjust to mention any staff names because all of them were exceptional .. Also for arranging all your visits across the island meet with Yajna who looks after the tour section in the hotel .. she made sure we made the most of our 5 day stay .. 😊

SloveniaIf I had to point out something bad, I might just mention that there was a misunderstanding for our Candle light dinner as the other two guests were accidentally seated at our table at the Wok’n Roll restaurant. Then the servers pretended like there was nothing wrong and made sure we got the food that was on the Candle light dinner menu anyway. But it’s really a trifle that didn’t even happen to interfere with our dinner. We had an awesome stay and we can’t wait to come back. Keep up the good work.
When we arrived, the friendly and smiling staff was already waiting for us at the reception. We booked a Prestige room and got an upgrade to Deluxe room which was a pleasant surprise that we really appreciate. The room was perfect with a view of the pool, the beach and the sea. The room has a large terrace, a large bathroom and a mini bar, which is included in the All-in package and refilled every day. Our room was always nicely tidied, for which we have to thank the maid Eliet. The beach in front of the hotel is beautiful, almost like in the Maldives. Sun loungers and parasols are free of charge. The facilities and everything in the hotel are really very well preserved and clean. The food is delicious and varied. The best at this hotel, however, are the employees. Everyone is so kind and helpful. We travel a lot, but we have never met such friendly and open people as the Mauritians. We would like to thank and greet all the staff at the bar, especially Vanee, who is really unique and made sure we never ran out of drinks, Gin Tonic all the way. We apologize for not remembering the names of the others, but they are all really great. Dj played good music and he is also a very friendly person. We mostly organized the trips ourselves, but one (the best trip) was arranged by Yajna. Catamaran trip to 3 islands in the north. Find her, she’s really bubbly and make you feel really special every time you talk to her. Yajna and Deepak prepared surprises for our wedding anniversary and for my birthday. Deepak really nicely set the table in the restaurant and provided very good service throughout our stay. At breakfast, we remembered Jesh the most, with whom we chatted a bit every morning. His daughter prepared perfect fried eggs for us every morning. Megan and Pascal organize gatherings, sports, fun things at the resort. We only attended Beer Pong and you can imagine how it ended :) On departure we were offered a free late check out, which was very helpful.

United Arab EmiratesWe do not have any negative feedback. For our short, 4days stay, everything was up to standard. We only will recommend for those of you snorkeling to be careful, as some boats might pass, without seeing you. Only that security measure should be looked trough.
Our stay was incredible. We loved the hotel view, the staff were incredible with us and all other guests. Cleanliness was spotless. Room was cozy and spacious enough, bed was comfortable too. Any requests we had were answered accordingly. We got All inclusive package, food and drinks were totally worth it. Every day there was a different theme for the dinner. Also they organize plenty of water and beach sports for free so the fun is quite a lot. The energy of the young staff made our stay even more pleasant. For those of you visiting, do not miss the beautiful sunrise, it’s worth awaking earlier. Location is 45’ away from the airport, on request the hotel will organize a shuttle.

United KingdomSome things that we didn't like, but these are based on our personal circumstances and not an issue with the resort: - It was too windy on this side of the island and it also rained most days, which meant we could not enjoy the beach as much as we liked. We went in May for 1 week but it may be better in their summer months; - The swimming pools and Jacuzzi were not heated; - The price is a bit high for the all inclusive package as we do not drink alcohol, maybe they should do a lower price for all inclusive without the alcohol.
Overall this is an exceptional resort that we really loved and enjoyed : - the staff are very friendly and go out of their way to make your stay comfortable; - the room we had was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed, cool A/C and great shower; - the all inclusive package was absolutely amazing, with a great variety of what I would call "posh" food that varied each day, and they made amazing mocktails for us; - it has its own beachfront that you can enjoy and they offer some equipment for water activities; - the spa facilities were also very good.
