The apartment is not cleaned daily and towels are only changed once in two days. No beach towels are provided.

Chez Pepe is ideally located in the heart of all the action. The apartment is a budget beach front apartment with basic but clean amenities. The beach is just across the road and is safe and lively. Easy to get a taxi, tours etc. Andrea the manager is an absolute gem.

Huge spacious apartment above the restaurant. Nice balcony with view across to the trees and the beach. A bit dark, but clean, so try to get one with a side window too. Kettle and sugar supplied, but no tea or coffee. Morning coffee can be obtained at a nearby takeaway; join the queue! Very convenient for strolling across the road to the beach area. We parked our rental in the dead-end side road; soon realised its easier to reverse down in rather than do a 7-point turn :-)

Very central to Flic en Flac public beach and restaurants. Amazing sunsets. Nice view from balcony over the forested beach. wonderful early morning walks in the shade. Andrea is a very hospitable and helpful host. Great Value for money. I was working a lot - the balcony was a great place to do it. Much better than staying inland at a business hotel.

Noise from the doors in the corridor woke us up every morning. You couldn't close the room door quietly.

Large room, balcony directly to the sunset (and the beach), central location, good restaurant on first floor. We had a very good time, special thanks to Andrea who explained us everything when we arrived -- actually a bit before the check-in time, which was no problem.

The wifi was a little slowy and sometimes I had connection issues.

The apartment was very close to the ocean. Supermarcet, restaurants are in 1-2 minutes. The communication with the owner of the apartment was very good, they can organize airport transfer. The room was big and comfortable, the terrace has a view to the ocean. I was satisfied with everything during my 2 weeks of holiday.

Location was great; right next to the beach with plenty of food and drink options a short walk away. Also right on local bus routes to use them to get around. Connected to the Chez Pepe restaurant which was handy when you needed to speak with someone in-person. Clean. It is a few doors down from a nightclub, which on was very noticeable for a couple of nights - but expected. Great beach.

The mattress was not very comfortable. More pillows on the bed would be nice. The white towels were all grey, but clean. The couch is really uncomfortable to sit on.

Great location with easy access to the restaurants and a nice swimming beach accross the road. Otherwise the place was nice and clean and I enjoyed my stay.

The bed was too soft. And there was quite noise from the Street.. you need to be prepare for it, specially during the weekends, there are "parties" on the Beach made by locals. Small cooker would be nice

Beach is across the road. Beautiful view from balcony. It was clean. You can park the car next to the entrance in side street. There was small kitchenette with fridge,microwave,kettle,etc

Bed could be more comfortable. Saturday nights are loud. If you want your towels changed or the apartment cleaned then you need to leave the sign on the door and keep the inner door unlocked.

Room serviced only once during 4 day stay. Very poor TV reception especially in the evenings.

Lovely clean well maintained apartment close to bus stop and supermarket. Beach is opposite . Excellent access security. Fantastic beach walks in either direction especially during low tide although water shoes are recommended in some areas and for swimming.

Sofa cum bed was not comfortable to sleep on.

The apartment is opposite flic and flac beach with nearby restaurants and small food truck carrier but a bit costly as it is nearby beach. Nearby food Mart at walkable distance. Apartment was small but clean.
