One of the nicest hotels I've ever been to. Very beautiful, large, clean territory, the staff is incredibly friendly! We booked half-board and were upgraded to full board. Since the territory is large, there is no crowd anywhere, sometimes it felt like the whole beach was just for us! Breakfasts, lunches and dinners were very tasty. Also, the atmosphere at the bar is pleasant, there were always some kind of shows, music or dances there in the evenings. The room is very spacious, nice and clean, we really liked it. We will recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

location isn't great with a not so pleasant view towards Port Louis. While some might like to watch the constant stream of ships arriving at the port, we didn't. And the smoke from some sort of refinery was 24/7

Nothing. All expectations were met. Bring mosquito repellent if you book the honeymoon suite.

Property right on the beach and a beautiful location. Staff are super friendly and very helpful. Price was expensive but this is the busiest time to stay. The honeymoon suite jacuzzi was outdoors so if booking this again I’d bring some mosquito repellent. Plenty of kids around but the place is so big you can find a quiet space if you want. Definitely will come back again!

ants in the room and hair in the bathtub when we checked in - was pointed out to room service and front desk.

well maintained beach, rocky mostly but very picturesque and landscaping did justice to the overall landscape available. excellent entertainment in the evenings - live band and singing. good breakfast. wifi was good across the property. as we checked out extremely early and could not have the breakfast, a small packet was prepacked for us, which was a nice gesture.

We had a wonderful experience at the Intercontinental. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went above and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable, especially Ramesh, who was highly accommodating and pleasant. He was always available, constantly making sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. There were great restaurants within walking distance, with great food and ambience.Also special thanks to shafeek from Segalla restaurant for always welcoming us and making great food recommendations.His service was just unmatched. He did truly care about our dining experience and the food is absolutely amazing. Make sure to dine in Segalla for an exquisite dining experience. I highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Mauritius; I will definitely stay there when I come back!

From the management to the bar team, water sports (once cyclone passed) through to the chefs, all excellent and looking to please you in any way. The gentle nature of the Mauritians could do no harm. Loved every minute.

the front office- omg they were sooooooo slow. we waited a loooooong time to be checked-in. We kept on asking them for updates because it was like we were disregarded after we filled out the check-in forms. Even check-out was slow as well! Terrible experience!

the restaurant staff- they are the best, like all of them. We have the best experience, special shoutout to Vimla, she‘s the best! and also to the Pastry Chef/manager(?). i forgot his name. But he surprised me with a slice of my favorite cake from the resort. the food- we like the food variety here. my husband is a vegetarian and he had so many options. And we also love their pastries. They were delicious! the room- i like how the room is set up. It gives a sort of holding place, before the bed area. the pool- it was an experience watching the sunset while we were in the pool. the location- sunset location, such a beautiful view of the sunset.
