South AfricaThere was some miscommunication when our concierge took time off on our last day. We ended up not going to the last activity we had planned. Otherwise a perfect stay.
The property was amazing; from the reception area,rooms, kids club, restaurants, gym facility and cabanas/main pool area. The kids loved the main pool area. I spent most of my time at the pool bar. The service was impeccable. The staff was very attentive. Daniel was the most amazing host at the pool bar! The breakfast and dinner buffets were the highlight of our stay. The food was fresh and the hotel offered a wide variety of drinks as part of the half board package. The rooms were kept clean all the time. It was my daughter’s birthday, the hotel and our concierge (Shubum) went above and beyond to make her day memorable! The staff who assisted with the complimentary activities (snorkelling and canoeing) were amazing!

TurkeyThe hotel was amazing from the start of our journey there. They welcomed us and were available to us via whatsapp throughout our journey. The room was big and clean and we would find small gifts at our room everynight. We spend our days at the beach and both the service and the food/beverages at the beach were amazing. Another good thing about this hotel is that you have options to dine. Both the prime and the tapasake restaurants serve delicious food. So all in all everything was amazing. Huge thanks to the whole team!

very nice hotel and facilities (many are compliantly). very clean beach and pool and the service on the pool was good. room was very big and clean (regular cleaning throughout the day with very helpful and kind staff). services was excellent. we've asked for private dining to celebrate our friend birthday and the hotel make it for us on time and it was a mazing, with nice food, deserts and setup. they also facilitate having music band for such private gathering. my kids love the only kids club and they give then bag with T-shirt, beach shoes, coloring book & cap. we enjoyed our stay to much. the food was nice, even the staff were very supported and welcoming all the time. especial thank to Mustafa & host kumar for their support and all other staff member. will come again for sure.

My stay at the One and Only Mauritius was nothing short of exceptional, and without a doubt, it easily earns a full 5-star rating. Their exceptional service, best I've experienced, set the tone for an amazing stay. Every morning was a delight with their wide assortment of breakfast options. The amenities and activities were plentiful and diverse, catering to all tastes and preferences. A highlight was Tapasake restaurant, where Manager Michael and Chef Ram made each dining experience truly special. The exceptional service continued with Vinay, our taxi driver arranged by the hotel, who made exploring Mauritius a breeze. In summary, the One and Only Mauritius offers an unmatched experience in hospitality and luxury. Highly recommended for a memorable getaway.

Top location with benefits of the ocean on one side and a lagoon on the other. Sleek, modern finishes in spacious rooms. State of the art gym and fitness center with professional coaches and a good variety of activities. Very friendly and helpful staff all over the resort. Lovely gardens. Desserts to dream of and loved the little gifts on our bedside table every night!!

Austria+ Prices: For example, a glass of champagne for EUR 32,-- or a terrace buffet of EUR 98,-- per person per evening excluding drinks (at La Terrase) was - according to our view - a bit too high-priced. + The seaweed on the beaches: The staff tried hard to remove the seaweed from the beaches several times per day - but actually this a fight against climate change symptoms that is difficult to win. + Uncoordinated and oblivious (CRM) staff respectively concierge: For example, I have been asked in advance if we are going to celebrate any special occasion. So I replied that we will celebrate my girlfriend's birthday during our stay. One&Only Le Saint Géran answered: "The management has the pleasure to offer her a complimentary standard chocolate birthday cake and a personalized greeting card." Unfortunately, we have neither received a cake nor a greeting card during our stay! Additionally, I have been asked several times (via e-mail) when we expect to arrive. I replied twice but then started to ignore their further e-mails questionnaires. We also had an incident with a disparaging waitress: "You only drink water. No wine?", the waitress acknowledged our order of a bottle of sparking water.
One&Only Le Saint Géran is a tranquil and relaxing place: + The location, the whole resort and all the facilities are wonderful: The rooms, restaurants and the beach are superb. + Also the gym is outstanding. We have also attended (aqua) gym classes and the trainers have been excellent! + Delicious Food: Particularly, the breakfast and the desserts at La Terrasse as well as the Omakase Menu at Tapasake; also the coffee was very very good!

United KingdomStaff are amazing and can't do enough for you. The resort is beautiful, well designed, and comfortable. The location at the tip of a peninsula is fantastic. We would highly recommend it. All in all, they are going to great lengths to make your stay memorable. A late check-out at no extra cost (as many scheduled flights to Europe leave in the evening) is just one of the things making everything feel seemless.
