It’s far from everything & not a lot of activities on site. Great if you want some down time away from the buzz to just relax. You won’t get to see or experience much of the insland though. They should consider adding a day tour to Grand Baie and/or Port Louis at a fee. The food at the buffet dinner was below par & quickly got tiring after a few nights. Too much Indian flavours & every other thing was curry or tomato based. They have a limited wine list. The beds in the rooms are too high & not the most firm / comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was also low esp for hot water. They should also fix the umbrella’s on the pool deck, half of them don’t open. Our stay was not bad at all, just minor things here & there where they could improve.

Awesome property. Great views. Some of the staff was great, esp. Shivam (he is fantastic, friendly & goes out of his way to help) also Asha, Loic & Avinash gave us good service. Being adult only, it’s very relaxed and peaceful. The evening entertainment at the bar was also nice.

Our beach room was a bit small and the full sea view was blocked by the vegetation but Daniella went out of her way to show and offer us another room option on a higher level that was bigger with a full sea view, but no outside seating terrace. Because we only had one night left we decided to stay in our existing room which had an outside seating terrace. Thank you Daniella for assisting us😊

The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating to assist with each of our requests. I didn't get everyone's name but thanks to Daniella, all the ladies at the reception and front desk, the waiters, housekeeping and the activities teams we had a great stay. The champagne, fruit and spa experience was a nice touch and awesome too 😊

The small black flies sitting on the food. Listening to the music you couldn’t enjoy it because the flies were everywhere Shower and tiles had black mould and bathroom cupboards needed cleaning

Location was good, enjoyed attractions and availability of cabs, staff was friendly and smiling. Walkways were clean and tidy. The garden was beautiful.

Despite trying to book a dinner at the sister hotel on five occasions, we were unable to be accommodated.

Our room opened directly onto the beach, good selection of meals with a different theme each night. Good snorkelling from the beach at high tide. Very relaxed feel to the hotel.

Other reviews lead you to believe that dietary requirements are easily catered for but our first 5 days would say otherwise. The allergens on the menu weren’t accurate and were totally missing at the buffet until we complained. There was an abnormal amount of training of new staff which resulted in long wait times at reception/concierge.

The view from anywhere in the hotel was beautiful. you can rent free snorkelling equipment from the hotel and walk 2 metres into the sea to see a range of fish and we even saw an octopus and lion fish! Shivam is your man in the restaurant if you have any dietary requirements and quite frankly saved our stay as my vegan partner wasn’t hangry. Definitely ask for him if you have a dietary requirement. Rishitha our room maid left lovely little notes each day and the room was always cleaned to a high standard.

room was pretty small door was a bit weird to close compared to other hotels so it was a bit difficult to close the door food was ok, but the Italian buffet was really meaty and not enough option for vegetarian (no pizza, no garlic bread, no pasta without cheese…), I would suggest more vegetarian options would be best

great amount of activities which are free like Henna, demonstration of local cuisine, visiting the Flac market and many more the staffs were really nice got an Easter chocolate egg which was a very nice surprise

The hygiene was not what we expected, in terms of rooms, staff uniforms, gym.. Could be much better. The location of the property is far away from any outdoor activities so there should offered a wider variety of night activities.

The staff were lovely! So friendly and helpful. The room was kept very clean and the location was beautiful. The staff also took extra care when they found out my mum was a vegetarian and bought out new dishes to try so she was well fed. It was a beautiful hotel and the staff made it even better!

They are charging you for a still water in lunch/dinner, while they provide you with complementary still water in your room, and two bottles everytime. This does not make sense, so you should come to lunch/dinner with your bottle of water

Food! is the biggest issue, dinner from buffet is disaster we were leaving hungry, you can book restaurant on the beach with some food options included in half board, but will be boring choice for 1 week. I think I never saw such a disappointment in food for this level of hotel Beach , totally not what you can expect, area for swimming without rocks is super small , other Radisson impossible to swim on their beach , only on platform by boat. To get Sun bed on the beach is almost impossible 😁 you have to hunt early morning to get a space Cleaning, was every day sometimes 2 times , but unfortunately not quality. Still 20-30% of the stuff no speak English or not well acknowledge of their job , 2-3 persons were rude

We got room upgrade by our request in better area without extra payment, thanks for understanding, territory is small but cute , most of the stuff are very friendly and helpful, unfortunately I remembered just name Kevin , on half board drinks on dinner included ( not sure about alcohol) option to go another Radisson hotel with free shuttle, also there free boat to small platform in the middle of the ocean

it’s location to other facilities and restaurants

The kindness and grace of the staff are the main draw card. it made my stay very enjoyable even during tropical storm Freddy. the is a good level of professionalism. The Spa staff were excellent and my two visits there were nothing short of wonderful. I must point out Shivam in the dining hall for his wonderful service with a smile. my spa therapist Deena was just brilliant. the only drawback is the property is far from restaurants and nightlife but as a restful getaway it was great

Menus were quite meat-fish heavy. There should be more vegetarian options at lunch and possibly some more popular veg items at the dinner buffet too. But the chefs did try hard to make sure we were well fed and didn't go hungry.

The staff were so friendly! Kev proactively accommodated our room request for my pregnant wife and gave us a late checkout. Rahul and Teeshand kept us well entertained with various activities. Shivam and Ayesha helped us at meal times with special veggie food and other requests. All with a smile. The ocean views and facilities are also great. An intimate cosy feeling. So glad we stayed here!
