We really really enjoyed our honeymoon here. The whole staff was exceptional friendly and helpful, especially our guide Neel, who showed us the most beautiful and scenic places. We really want to thank Daniela and the whole staff for making our stay so memorable :) The view is breath taking!

The time when our stay has come to its end.

Upon arrival we had a sincere and warm welcome by Daniela and the rest of the Reception team. We were offered breakfast in the restaurant, which was very much appreciated and needed after a long journey. One out of the 2 rooms were ready to occupy right away, at 10am in the morning. This is obviously subject to availability and I did notify the hotel beforehand about our arrival time. From the moment we have arrived, the staff couldn’t do enough to meet our expectations throughout our stay. The ‘Super breakfast buffet’ had everything you needed to kick start your day. Josette - your avocado on toast, is simply the best. Dinner buffet is different themed every night, so you won’t get bored of it easily. All the waiters were on hand, and our glasses were always half full. Kevin, cheers for keeping us hydrated. Ritesh and Ivan, your team is extremely motivated and helpful, and that being said, you both should be very proud because they have made our stay an unforgettable one. We shall be back in the future, to enjoy warm hospitality at your beach resort, the Mauritian way.

To be brief: staying in the hotel was above our expectations. Staff was very helpful. Facilities were above and beyond. Most of things were free (included in our half-board package) additional services (fancy drinks and bar service) were truly affordable. I wish we would have opportunity to return to the same hotel once again! Some more details: We came to the hotel before our check-in time and were provided with all necessary facilities to fresh ourselves up before our room become available. The room become available slightly before our official check-in time, but I suppose it depends on previous guests leaving time. Our baggage was safely stored in the baggage room and we went to the beach straight ahead. Next time we see our bags was in the room itself :) Staying there was marvellous: the room was cleaned twice a day. Was happy to see bits of "WELCOME" decorations on our bed when we checked in it was really sweet :). Welcome bottle of prosecco was provided on the first eventing and free 20min massage in the spa-centre. Checkout was also smooth and quick! Everything: restaurant, bar, swimming pool was above our expectations. The biggest asset of Radisson Blu hotel there is the personnel who works there - all helpful, polite and speak several languages (Eng, French, German). Also, there are free activities happening every day for those who doesn't want to leave the hotel (sport, nearest sightseeing, visiting market, snorkelling). I am really pleased with the time we spend there and definitely recommend that hotel to everyone who want to have nice and relaxing time off. Thank you, Radisson Blu Poste Lafayette!

Rooms near to the restaurant air conditioner smelled so bad, rooms are very small, bed and pillows are not comfortable, wc is old and kinda-dirty, the foods and deserts are not delicious, not cooked properly. Beach is fine but too much waves and seaplants in the ocean so you can’t properly swim.

Offered us a dinner in aqua restaurant and 20 mins massage, personnal was so kind, helpful, respectful and always with a smiley-face

When stepping through the arched entranceway of the hotel you are welcomed into the hotel by the passionate and friendly staff and whisked away to paradise with the incredible beach front view of the resort and the ocean lined with palm trees and lights. The team at reception are caring and interested and helped us settle in immediately, answering every question we had. Diane, Nea, Daniela, Raksha, Poojah and Anoushka will be dearly missed as in the end they felt like our family caring for us, even organised a personal Henna session with Vidushni ! The resort boasts with an intimate ‘look & feel’ and is located in an area of raw beauty – a private & romantic hideaway. The resort itself offers cosy nooks, ample lounging space and reminds you of your own personal “Love Island” set. The rooms are clean, well-kept and cosy and offer everything you need for a comfortable stay. One of our favourite memories is waking up and walking straight to the beach (which is literally at your doorstep) from our room for a sunrise coffee under our favourite cabana. What is most impressive about this resort is the ability to be both incredibly relaxing and full of activities. The (infectiously enthusiastic) events coordinator, Mervin (and his colleague Shanil), is there to guide you in meditation, local Sega music, petanque, biking and more! You can visit the boat house for watersports activities, where we enjoyed the most incredible snorkelling experience in the shallow lagoon each morning. In the evenings you can sit down under festoon lights with a cocktail and be entertained by live music, live singing and even some Sega Dancing. If none of the above convinces you that the Raddison Blue Poste Lafeyette is the best place for your next visit, the simple fact that we extended our stay in Mauritius just so that we can return back to this resort, surely should! Thank you to all of the staff for making our honeymoon, the honeymoon of our wildest dreams !
