United Arab EmiratesThe food was disappointing as there was only one vegetarian option in each of the a la carte restaurants, and they were not great options, in fact two of the restaurants served us the exact same thing. This meant that we had to eat at the buffet restaurant a lot, and we prefer a la carte. The options at the buffet restaurant were good, but quality could have been a little better. This is not really the hotel’s fault, but we were surprised that most of the guests were a lot older than us. There were hardly any guests in our age bracket (30s) which we found a bit odd. Most were 50+.
Loved the location, loved that it was adults only, drinks options were very good (Elite Club), rooms were comfy, and the Elite Club pool was great.

United KingdomThis is a big hotel so if you have mobility issues request a room close to reception. Food in buffet was not always hot just warm.
Easy check-in, room a good size and bathroom had a good shower with plenty of hot water. The pool area was clean towels were provided and ample sunbeds for everyone. Having speciality restraunts was great as think buffet could get monotonous, but saying that there was a good choice of starters, mains and desserts. Drinks were good quality and having the coffee bar was perfect for us that don't drink alcohol. The ground were immaculately kept and very pretty. The beach had plenty of loungers and trees for shade, just mind the coconuts 😅.

United KingdomAC did not work properly even after asking for it to be fixed. Getting access to the restaurants through the app did not work and only after complaining at one of the restaurants where there happened to be someone who helped us.
Overall it was pleasant hotel and surroundings. Food was adequate and good selection at the buffet . We did the 7 waterfalls day trip which was the highlight.

South AfricaAdvertising a junior suite with a private swimming pool is a bit devious, and the hotel should be clearer on this. The private swimming pool area is awesome. The hotel needs to optimise its towel service and better enforce that the area is used only by those who paid for it. Some selfish guests reserved cabanas by placing a book or a hat on the loungers and never pitched up. This type of "dormant" and selfish reservations should be better managed by the hotel.
Great breakfast with many options. Not having unruly kids running around the dining room was a bonus.

United KingdomVegetarian options are limited. At least Indian curries were there every day. Breakfast is especially poor as only bread and cheese sandwiches you can make as we don’t eat eggs. Otherwise, plenty of meat dishes every day. Fruits, cakes and ice cream galore.
Modern facilities with beautiful interior design throughout. The beach and swimming pool have plenty of lounges. Room minibar has plenty of soft drinks, water and beer stocked up every day. The room was cleaned everyday. Live singing at the bar in the evening was delightful. Vikish at the reception, David the porter, Victor the server were just a few who made the stay pleasant.

South AfricaThe WiFi connection was a nightmare almost all the time in the rooms. For good connection, one had to be at the reception area or the various bars. The reception staff were very unhelpful when it came to basic guest requests. We booked and paid for 3 people in 1 room but things like cups;gowns; towels and etc were only for 2 guests. We had to make several requests to the reception to assist with this. The telephones in the rooms did not work at all and so each time we had an issue in the room we had to walk +-10mins to the reception since our room was located on the furthest side to the reception.
The food was absolutely amazing. The speciality restaurants were an absolute treat! The service at the bar and the bartenders were so good and had a wide variety of non-alcoholic cocktails. Special shoutout to Kavish :) The resort is absolutely beautiful and pictures don’t do it any justice. Every corner is absolutely gorgeous.

United KingdomThe sea was very dirty so could not swim in it properly at all. We booked the junior elite club suite this is advertised as having a private pool and a separate living room to the bedroom this is in fact false advertisement in booking.com. The private pool is shared with the other elite club members separate from the rest of the residence in the hotel and there is a sofa area but within the bedroom not a separate living room. They eventually changed our room and gave us a room with a private pool only after I demanded a partial refund if the room wasn’t changed.
The views were lovely. The all junior elite club all inclusive package gives you access to food and drink pretty much when you want including room service included in that. This included activities like paddle boarding and kayaking which was fun too.

United KingdomThe booking system for dinner at the specialized restaurants was quite restrictive. You can only book after 2 days of stay and there are days that the restaurants are closed (all of them are always closed on Thursdays). Apart from that the booking system is easy and straightforward and you can always ask concierge or restaurant directly for any free dinner slots.
The location for the hotel is amazing however be prepared for some strong winds on some days. The hotel is amazing with good facilities, nice variety of food and drinks included in all inclusive. The staff was always helpful and quick to respond to any issues or question.

United KingdomPool was too hot to use, took two days to fix. Room was left open by the maid twice. Couldn’t book in any of the restaurants, they have an app system that doesn’t work. Took 6 days and 5 visits to reception to finally get in one. Advertised 300 euro hotel credit, this is a lie. They print off a piece a paper that offers you 15 euros off a spa treatment. (Each treatment is over a 100 euros)

South AfricaThe property is located on a very windy part of the island. Therefore tends to be cooler. The beach access was very limited. Food options for dinner at the buffet were limited and getting a booking at the restaurants was near impossible. Guests are not warned in advance that they are required to make a reservation 2 days in advance.
The property was very clean and well maintained. Facilities were up to standard. Rooms were clean, a decent size, had a good view, and all necessary amenities provided. Good value for money. The heated pool was a bonus in the colder weather.
