As usual vy peaceful place and relaxing hotel. Food as usual vy good. Also the Team at Yeh Man resto and the bar were vy nice . Really appreciated a surprise birthday cake offered 2 me which will always be memorable.🥰🤩A big thanks to the whole team😇Highly appreciated 👏 🤩The swimming pool also was vy enjoyable and not crowded .I would say a perfect for a any1 who want to spend a peaceful moments.

MauritiusIn the first place, they forgot that I am a VVIP and I didn't like the location of my room. However, this was immediately resolved to my satisfaction.
I would highly recommend this resort as one can find kindness and warm welcome from the Hotel Director to the Front Office Desk Staff, including Jerry and his nice Event staff, Paynee with the Restaurant & Bars personnel and Housekeeping staff. I like also the fact that the Staff in general listen to Customers feedback to improve our stay and I did extend my stay.

Czech RepublicBathroom's are small. Food is good, but if we would have stayed for linger than 5 nights it might have felt repetitive. That's normal with hotel buffets though.
Beautiful spaces, alot of emphasis on sustainability, rooms are spacious, cleaned every day, well equipped, everything is designed in a modern and sort if boho aesthetic. Great value for money!

AustraliaThe lady who the induction was very knowledgeable but she might need to slow down so that the client gets to grasp all the details. And the aqua gym instructor needs to start on time. And work on mosquitoes repellent in the spa area.
The staff are very welcoming, dedicated and well trained. Reasonable variety of meals for both the diner and the breakfast. Reasonable extra activities. Live music at the garden and while having diner.

nice location on the beach (no direct beach access from the hotel or hotels own beach), the pools, restaurants and bars are very nice and the food is mostly tasty as well. pricing for food and drinks is ok. they have all you need such as a store and a spa

The bar and restaurant were under either understaffed or it was crowded Tribu bar at the pool- never found anyone manning it to order a drink, walked up to the other bar at the end which was understaffed and took too long to get a drink

NigeriaAlthough I never used the beach from Afar, it was never an attractive sight.
I liked the idea of the toilet and bathroom being separated and the well-prepared bathing items. The staff was excellent and always willing to support and assist. I called the reception at least five times daily, and they were always friendly. They quickly switched my rooms when I requested the first floor, which was seamless. My flight was delayed, and I missed checking in on the first day of my booking. To my biggest surprise, it was discounted. The restaurant was great, and the staff were always to help me plan my breakfast meals, too
