We’ve had an absolutely lovely time in the Westin Turtle Bay. We went my cousin and I to celebrate my birthday and they have absolutely exceeded our expectations on every level. This was my second visit on the island but the first time in this resort. Although the rooms could use a little refreshment, they are very spacious and comfortable and well-maintained at the same time. The level of services totally made up for it. The team is top notch. From the check-in with Michelle at the reception who made sure that our room was as per our expectations and above, to Ravi the sommelier in their restaurants with his colleague Yas, Nicolas the manager in charge of the entertainments in the hotel that would made sure we were having fun every night, Avinash at the Japanese restaurant of the hotel, Yacin at the conciergerie who would help us with our daily tours, Rozia who was in charge of our room and every day gave that room her little personal touch with great attention to details and made us feel home, and all the rest of the team who I can remember the names. One word: Awesome! So much so that we are already planning our next visit with our friends and family. Keep up with the great work, team! You are on the way to make this resort well-known and highly appreciated by visitors.

United KingdomVery very little to fault. Only v minor point was that Buffet was generally very good but the beef meat cuts were not prime. Practically inedible and feedback was given. Everything else was very good.
Slow but very welcoming checkin. Felt valued from the start. Excellent staff interaction, Excellent location, lovely room with beach access. Spotless. Restaurants were excellent. Although only tried two and the Buffet. All inclusive drinks package was quite adequate.

IndiaFood. The restaurants had pretty bad food and pretty crappy service. Room service food is downright abysmal. Though going out is difficult- as there’s nothing else in the area. Best idea is to rent a car and then stay here - don’t rely on taxis and things like we did.
Property is phenomenal. If your plan is to just relax and stay at the hotel, nothing can beat this. However, getting outside is a little difficult as the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Breakfast is excellent with tons of options.

We liked everything about this hotel. Its quiet location right on the beach, large rooms with comfortable beds and a large bathroom, two great pools (one for children and one for adults) but the best thing about this hotel is the restaurant choice. Buffet breakfast and dinners in the Season restaurant were amazing in terms of choice and variety. The staff were always smiling and chefs were always there to give us recommendations. The served foods in Kangan, Mystique and the Beach grill were spectacular, especially the Lobster night (definitely worth the price). All the staff in the hotel were very polite and helpful. They will remember your name and your preferences. When we got a flat tire on our rental car, the concierge staff helped us with the rental company and saved us a lot of money. Special thank you goes to Anabelle at the security gate who always made our day better but giving us helpful travelling tips and keeping us informed about the weather. And to the ladies in the spa, who made our stay-in days (cyclone weather) relaxing and enjoyable. If you ever get a rainy day, do visit the gym and take a yoga class, it will boost your energy levels immensely. The location of the hotel in the north of the island also means you have many of the local attractions only a short car-ride away.

United KingdomLack of clear allergen display on buffet and menu. It's not a big deal,as staff is always at hand to help you, but it would be nice if you didn't have to ask all the time. Limited lunch options. No lunch buffet and only 2 restaurants, so after 2 weeks choices are a bit repetitive, but again no big deal, breakfast and dinner choices make up for it.
Love the location, so close to the beach, staff (super friendly and accommodating on every level, from cleaning staff, through restaurants and front desk) fast Internet with good reception in all areas, large smart tv in the room, variety of sockets, facilities (nice gym, spa etc), room size, Highly recommend.

GermanyThe "glass bottom boat" experience was terrible as the waters were rough, and we felt sea-sick. It would have been nice if we would have gotten a disclaimer or warning about this. I know this is more an operator issue rather than a Westin issue, but it would be beneficial for future guests if they would be made aware of such things.
The resort property was really nice. Nice walkways to walk around the property. Easy access to beach. Great room, bed and mattress was comfortable. Turn-down service, water bottles provided - was really nice. Wonderful bathroom. Pretty happy with the property and the room we booked. Most of the beach, or access to water was rocky - perhaps this is normal for mauritius, but I did not expect that.

BelgiumMinor issues given the immensely pleasurable stay in this well deserved 5-star resort, so to mention only for constructive purpose: Cleaning of room was poor in our room despite 2 passages per day, need training (our friends in rooms 804 & 811 had excellent cleaning service, so seems to vary). We also asked that towels do not get changed every day if not left on floor (as indeed indicated on the room litterature) as seems an extravagant environmental negatice footprint but to no avail. Drinks are far too expensive in restaurants and bars: water, wine (not special) & cocktails. Booking to restaurants has to be done in advance and that can be tidious/not always available. Taxis booked through hotel desk are double the price than with booking.com & not so friendly. People "booking" loungers at pool with their towels from early morning & not showing up for hours, several couples even blocking 4 loungers for only 2 people (sun & shade!!) meant regular frustrating lack of shady spots. This could be easily avoided by providing a sign/little board on the lounger with a time and room nb. Additional parasols could also be provided to add shaddy spots.
Gorgeous large resort with idyllic sea views and several different vibes areas, well maintained gardens, friendly very professional staff, amazing sunset every day! Beautiful room and bathroom, lots of storage space, very comfortable large bed, excellent mattrass & high quality pillows, exceptional sea view & terrace in our room 1611 near the adults pool (room 101 on the opposite side of the resort is also in an exceptional location directly on the beach). Efficient yet discreet air-co. Plenty of free water and good coffee pods/tea replenish daily. Our room was rather far from the "centre" but we enjoyed the walks in this pretty resort + we could ask for a lift with buggies if needed. The food is exceptionally fresh, varied, top quality, with very accommodating chefs who will kindly prepare beautiful personal dishes for special needs, allergy, glutten-free etc. Super pretty fish & coral snorkeling! (bought snorkeling mask at Decathlon in Bagatelle though free equipment is also helpfully provided). Loved the friendly and energetic aquagym sessions on most days at 11.45.am, perfect timing! We enjoyed the table-tennis (though would benefit to be in shaddy spot) & baby-foot. We took the 1/2 board formula which included dinners at other restaurants than the Seasonal main excellent & beautiful setting main buffet restaurant. This gave a variety of cuisine, settings and atmosphere. The Kangan restaurant (Indian) was particularly good. Fusion restaurant was not included in 1/2 board & expensive, so we didn't go. The Beach grill and the Mystique restaurants are superbly located. We enjoyed the beautiful Retreat bar in the afternoon for drinks and games (that we brought). Tasteful shows/music at night available at the Retreat.

Unfortunately in half of the restaurants an additional surcharge of about £50- 60 per head was charged and in the other restaurants about half the items required a supplement payment. None of this was mentioned on the hotel web site. I would not return because of this, as it spoiled the holiday

Breakfast and service was excellent. Location a little remote and therefore meals were taken at the hotels 5 locations. All were excellent but expensive, The Indian curry made me vomit as I ate an extremely hot green chilli which was incognito. I think a warning could have been made.

Billal and Yoan (to name only 2 of them!) at the reception were kind and they explained the information of the resort. We had their beautiful Turtle Bay View Room on all inclusive which we highly recommend. All restaurants were wonderful, but especially Sensations Buffet and the Beach Grill. The staff at all the restaurants and poolside service were extraordinary. Special mentions go to Manisha, Anusha, Karishma, Siddhika, Nitish, Yovina, Paul, Steeven, Lovish, Tanish and Jerome. A wide variety of food is on offer throughout the resort. It was all freshly prepared and delicious. The team were also knowledgeable about helping with dietary requirements. Thank you to Pascal and Nass for their poolside service! Thank you to Rajeev and his passion and knowledge for coffee. Thank you to Adesh and the bar team for the superb cocktails and mixology skills. The resort's spaces are beautiful and well maintained. The gardens, the buildings and the pools are relaxing and kept sparkling clean. Thank you to Devionee, the housekeeper. The spa and gym facilities were perfect for us. Thank you to the massage therapists Ushma, Preeti and one other lovely lady. We look forward to returning. Love from Heath and Hannah, near London.

A lovely warm welcome on arrival. We had a beach suite with a sea view. The staff were exceptionally friendly and the food choices were extensive and of the highest quality. We enjoyed some of the special meal choices, which were additional to our plan and these were also excellent. The all inclusive package worked well for us. We are sorry to be leaving but take away happy memories. We will come back.
