Saudi ArabiaOur family traveled on a journey with the children, aiming to enjoy various sea activities. We were quite surprised to discover that the hotel does not accept Apple Pay and lacks an ATM for cash withdrawals. All activities required cash payments only, and the staff responsible for the sea activities displayed a lack of professionalism. However, Mr. Daven efficiently addressed our concerns and transformed our experience into an unforgettable one. Westin is truly fortunate to have such a professional individual on their team. In conclusion, having traveled extensively worldwide, I have a few suggestions to elevate Westin to the top spot in Mauritius: accepting Apple Pay, installing ATMs, providing containers for wet towels around the pool and beach, increasing the number of showers, and placing more trash cans along the beach.
The facilities, the room, the ocean view, the soothing sound of the ocean, and the birds every morning were reminiscent of paradise. The staff, who are the key component of the hotel, are highly professional. I would like to express my gratitude to Mr. Dave Savan for making this trip unforgettable and for assisting in resolving any issues we encountered.

Well maintained and a large resort. From the time of our arrival to departure the staff and management were very helpful. Quite a large resort so at times would require a buggy lift to our room which was on the north side of the hotel. Not complaining as it was nice and quiet with a fantastic sea view that we would wake upto in the morning.

The people at the property make this quite great. So lovely and willing to help. Varousha from the cleaning service was so great, always attentive and cleaned our room thoroughly. The breakfast was good.

South AfricaEven though the resort itself was good, the Location is less than ideal. There’s nice views etc but there’s a lot of rocks in front of the hotel, you cannot walk or swim in there. There is a nice beach at the end of the property that you have to walk to where you can snorkel and take part in the free water sports.
Lovely resort with excellent facilities and nice rooms. Very comfortable and convenient. The food was also good at all the restaurants on site including the buffet. Close to good snorkeling spots in turtle bay.

IsraelThe beach is a little rocky, but in a walking distance you'll find a nice beach. One time in the breakfast my wife ate alone and when she went to take food, birds where all over her food, because it is outside dinning area.
The resort was the best that we had in our Honeymoon. they upgraded our room with a great view of the main pool and the sea with a big balcony. the resort is well maintained and the service and stuff are wonderful. The room was big and the bad was very comfortable. also the room service and the cleaning was great - two times a day. there was a sparkling white wine and fruits in the room for our celebration.

Everything it was everything I wished for. Pooja, Nikish, Seman, Jovi, Ravi, Terry everyone I just want to say thank you for making us feel welcome and making out stay the best ever! I am definitely booking this property again for my sisters birthday in November . The pictures do not do it justice. The Westin is heaven on earth, hospitality is 💯 I have been to many 5 star hotels but none compare to the Westin.
