Excellent customer service, Great options for food both vegetarian and non-vegetarian. Amazing breakfast and hospitality. I had an amazing snorkelling training session with Stephanie at the boathouse.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Westin. The resort made our anniversary extra special care with complimentary cake and an arrangement on our bed. Pooja made sure that all our needs and requests were taken care off in an efficient manner. The resort staff were friendly and always helpful.

No Airport Shuttles, taxi fares are ridiculous expensive

Overall, the staff was super friendly, the restaurant service was excellent, and the food was delicious. Accommodation was reasonably priced and was comfy.

Check in service was terrible. The person was slow and was very inattentive and treated us shoddily Also on the first night you were supposed to have reserved an ala carte restaurant- no one informed us of this. We also had to book our dinners for each following day. There is one person to do this and it’s cumbersome but luckily you can book all the meals at once. But for the first night please prebook before arrival if you want to have an a la carte meal and you arrive late My room also did not match my expectations as it was too far from the sea. The pics on booking.com looked lovey and the sea was close but in reality the room was not the same. I decided to pay extra to upgrade my room so that it was more suitable for me - the person who helped me with this was truly amazing The beach at the hotel was not good for snorkelling. It was fine for swimming

excellent layout of spacious accommodation units, great scenic location, extremely helpful and courteous staff, management going extra mile to cater to one’s needs.Mr Ravi , Nitasha from reception, housekeeping team, many others at all the departments were extremely diligent in attending to us .

no cafe where we could have fish and chips with beer sitting in a cafe at night. Can be ordered only in room and during lunchtime at beach grill restaurant. should be available at a restaurant during dinner time too.

We stayed half board which was great as we had the options to eat dinner in the many restaurants on site but didn’t like that you had to book these but understand why. The desserts in the buffet all sort of tasted the same too.

The staff at this property are AMAZING. Throughout our stay for ten days in April 2023 they could not have done more for us. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely be returning.

The beach is a bit rocky and water shoes are necessary.

absolutely incredible beautiful place with high end service from the team, they are trying the best to pleased all the guests with special treatment. we love everything, food, our suit with sea view and huge terrace, absolutely fantastic treatment in spa, food in restaurants was amazing.

Lack of shuttle service to/from airport

All staff from concierge to room cleaners and The Retreat restaurant were super courteous- some people jump out who went above and beyond like Zabeer, Rais, Ram, Krsna chef in The Retreat and many more. Pool side service and spa’s Ashis (sound yoga) too was excellent! Evening entertainment was varied and catered for varied tastes!

Our stay was amazing. We spent 4 nights at the Westin Turtle Bay Resort and would have loved to stay forever. The staff (really everybody) was so friendly, lovely and the service was exceptional. Our room was tidy and clean all the time. The food was fantastic. A lot of choices also for vegetarians. For my girlfriend’s birthday they sang and brought a delicious cake to our table. Also they decorated our room accordingly (see foto) We also enjoyed also the activities (coffee workshop/ yoga,..) they offer. The yoga teacher has the kindest soul. Practicing yoga during sunset was wonderful.
