The tv ISNT working 302 no electricity i had try so much Hard to make it work and book the hotel for a purpose wanted to watch something in tv with my usb file. Movies but it didnt work out please fix the issues thanks

Feel like everything was broken in the room. It’s ok for one night stay before you head to other resort or hotel. But not for more than a night. No elevator.

Everyhing was ok.

We were given nice rooms, at our request, side by side. Breakfast standard to those offered on the islands. Sausages, croutons, fried egg. Just right for one night.

Just feel our room was a little run down…shower door had no handle and it was almost coming off and drains would take ages to go down. Bed mattress on an angle. Could do with a renovation to tidy things up. But overall it was perfect for what we needed.

Great location - was perfect for us coming in late at night and needing a night as a stop over before heading to the islands. Staff were nice.breakfast was included so saved us having to look around for somewhere.

Thin walls. Internet was a little bit unstable but bearable. No elevator as well. Building photo was not the same in real life.

The room is clean and the bed was comfortable. The location is near the beach, around 5 minutes of walk. The street where it is located is lovely - there were a lot of trees and restaurants near by.

The room is very small with barely any space to put your luggage There is no lift in the hotel No sound proofing from front window or main door so you can hear all sorts of noises from sea planes landing every 5 min to roosters, birds chirping, people in the street, motor bikes passing, people going up and down on the stairway with loud noises (good luck sleeping. We stayed on the first floor so may be this isn't a problem on higher floors but then, you have to climb a lot of stairs) No basic amenities like slippers, hand wash, dust bin in the room, tissues, hair dryer, etc. TV was mounted on the wall, but the receptionist told me it doesn't work There is only one power socket in the room, which is far away from the bed Breakfast is pretty basic with omlette, a sausage, and 2 pieces of bread (no options) There's no phone in the room, so you have to go up and down if you need anything No hook in the bathroom to hang your clothes They provide you with the internet password on a small paper slip, which is limited and often finishes while you are using it (streaming), so every time you have to put in a new password

Staff is quite nice, friendly & helpful Cheaper in price as compared to others in the area Beach is 2 min walk from the hotel Nice neighborhood with a lot of shops and eateries Granted a complementary airport pickup when we got back from our resort. Otherwise, offer airport pick up/drop off for 10$ each side Fairly clean (although we had to ask them to change our bedsheets on check-in because they didn't look clean) Good for a night stay if you want to keep it as a transit hotel only Nice shower with good hot/cold water pressure

WiFi vouchers are too nuisance. Difficult to use. I stayed for 3 nights, had to ask for over 3 dozens of voucher. Absolutely inconvenient!!!

For me room wasn’t enough clean, bedding wasn’t fresh.

It is very close to the airport what was very important for me, and also the personel was helpful and nice.
