Its hot and they have limited carts to fetch all the people staying in the hotel. We walked a lot and my younger children were struggling a little in the heat.

The villa was amazing, the views incredible and it felt like we were living in an aquarium. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Liked everything. The boarding was smooth and hassle free. We got our room 2 hours early at check in and although we had checked out the hotel staff conveniently reloacted us to a room free of charge as our flight was late in the night. The only point where they could improve is the non vegetarian food quality. All the meat is over cooked.. But the vegetarian options are plenty and excellent. The staff is extremely helpful and welcoming. Would recommend it to families with kids.

The staff is very resourceful and welcoming towards us. They felt like family just after 3 days of our stay. They never have 'no' as an answer, always find an alternative to our issues. All the facilities and amenities are very good at the resort. Room is cleaned twice a day, the food at Bageecha is clean and huge variety available for everyone. Kid friendly in every sense. The kids club is neat and has great staff, the f&b supervisor Mr Shafique took care of all our dietary requirements. Our boarding staff Mr Aidos was very helpful throughout our stay.

The tide in front of our water villa was pretty shallow, cant snorkel directly from the villa. Jacuzzi water is cold, was expecting a heated jacuzzi onsen (the jacuzzi for all guest near the gym).

The all-inclusive package was great, but does not include all drinks at bar. 1 complimentary printed photo. Check in and out was great, our host Cynthia was very helpful and friendly. Includes flippers and life jacket rental but have to return it daily by 5pm, abit hassle. Includes kayak as well. Buggy service is available, great for those staying at the water villa area, as it's a long walk. Has a very nice and exclusive dining villa for guests staying at the water villa. Breathtaking view ! Black-tip sharks can be seen swimming below the dining villa too. Thanks for the birthday cake and room deco !

There wasn't anything to fault to be honest.

Everything! The staff were excellent and couldn't be any more helpful, and always greeted you with a smile. the food was very good, nice selections daily. The beach on the sunset side of the island was fabulous, so clean. We had a sunset beach villa and it was everything we hoped for.... and more. The beach bar at the water sports centre was one of the best beach bars ever, views to die for.

The food wasn't excellent but good at the buffet. The water villas if they can change the certain in the bedrooms as exposed to sun light in the morning they can change to have blackout to cover it

A few areas could be improved, though none were deal-breakers: Occasional long waits for buggies. Providing free bikes with all villas would reduce reliance on buggies. Some amenities were missing from our room, such as swimming towels, an iron, and robes. However, the staff will provide them upon request. WiFi was occasionally unstable in our room and had weak coverage throughout the resort, including the restaurant. In 2025, WiFi 4 should no longer be the standard. The food was average and could be improved. Dining at the same restaurant repeatedly became rather tiring. Each meal should be served at a different restaurant, offering a variety of cuisines to enhance the overall dining experience. Staff took long to respond to messages or emails prior to our arrival.

Fantastic location! Close enough to the airport for convenience but far enough for a peaceful retreat. The speedboat transfer takes about 20 minutes, making it an ideal choice for families with young children visiting the Maldives for the first time. The island itself is large and breathtaking, with shallow, crystal-clear waters teeming with marine life. There are plenty of activities and shows to enjoy throughout your stay. The resort is well-maintained, with the staff working tirelessly around the clock to keep everything pristine. Our villa was private and spacious, with a particularly large bathroom with two showers (indoor and outdoor). A thoughtful touch was the extra bed the staff arranged for our daughter, even though we hadn't requested it.

The facility and the water villa Dislike: they kept us waiting for our villa and the next day at 11.30 am people were knocking our door. I understand they need to clear the villa for the next costumers but after the second time (before 12noon) they insisted and entered inside starting to clean when I was actually still getting ready to move. Also I called the reception 3 times to ask extending our staying. They never called back to offer us something else. And that is why we left the resort. When we enter for our lunch, they said we had it the day before, but we actually were waiting to get our room. Chaotic and not treating us as 5 stars after all the money we paid.

Our whole experience was amazing. The island is amazing, the staff was super friendly. The room was big and great and our terrace provided lots of privacy. We spent and amazing couple of days there.

All inclusive package meals a bit monotonous, better to allow guests to choose different venues and different cuisines. Food variety not fantastic. Also not much activities / entertainment at night. Expect to see more fishes around the island.

The beach villa lacked toiletries, however they were available in the water villa

I really liked the Hospitality and the food was great specially the deserts, we tried both the beach villa to experience the sandy beach and also the over water villa but would recommend the over water villa more because its more comfortable and has better service as in the beach villa did not have the same variety of toiletries opposed to the overwater villa.

The food at the buffet was good but a lot of Hindu influence which not everyone will like and maybe could be a little bit better in terms of quality as it’s a 5* hotel.

We’ve spent an amazing week in Villa Nautica and it’s truly a paradise. The whole island is full of plants, palms and trees- very greeny. It’s super clean. The staff is doing their best to keep the island in a best shape. We had beautiful Villa’s with private swimmingpool with direct access to the beach. The coral reef was really nice:) we were swimming with different Colorfull fish, sharks and even once with Manta. We had dedicated host Ermin, who was very helpful and was truly taking care of us❤️The whole staff on the island was very kind and supportive:) We would like to appreciate also chef Soney who helped my girlfriend with gluten free meals. I would also like to mention two ladies welcoming guests at the entrance to the restaurant with a big smile:) Dinner at Asian restaurant was amazing! Drinks were of very good quality. Thank you very much for great experience:)

All the extras are very pricey. Tried the massage at the spa, was very expensive and was definitely not worth the price, the massage was average.

The staff is absolutely amazing! Everyone is super friendly, welcoming and attentive to details. The water villa is amazing, private and you can relax and enjoy the wonderful sea.

The Italian a la carte restaurant maybe a bit overrated and definitely room for improvement there but no major worries

While being a fairly large resort island, somehow they’ve managed to create a very secluded ambiance. Sealife amazing, food very good at the appointed restaurant (had the all inclusive water villa package), staff attentive, great housekeeping. Loved my time on the island 🤍

"Overpriced. The amount you pay is very high for what you get. We've been eating the same food every day—thankfully, we only stayed for four nights. We had to rent swim goggles, and if you want a life vest, you have to pay extra, which is nonsense since it's essential. However, if you're looking for a special experience or a once-in-a-lifetime trip, I would recommend it."
