Good location - close to VIA airport. Nice and supportive people run the place. Good breakfast at the roof cafe in the early morning. Free shuttle service adds up to the experience nicely.

IrelandOne of the two shower drains was clogged. The hotel staff tried to fix it three times, but to no avail. When taking a shower, the water flooded the entire bathroom, we had to spread out towels. The smell from the bathroom was terrible. we asked for room change but the lady said that the hotel is full while there were only 2 other families staying in the hotel that night
The location of the hotel is great, 2 min walking distance to the beach, close to the shops. Staff was very nice, room was spacious and clean

OmanDear Hotel, I am writing to provide feedback on my recent stay at your hotel for the second time. I chose your hotel primarily for its location and ease of access. While I appreciate the conveniences your hotel offers, I must express my disappointment with the quality of breakfast provided. At $94 room charge, the breakfast consisting of a plate with toast, one egg, one piece of apple, and one piece of orange falls short of expectations. I believe such a breakfast should be good Quality in the room rate considering the limited variety and quality of the offerings. Additionally, I have noticed that the TV channels predominantly cater to Chinese guests and are broadcasted in the Chinese language. Although the TV set in the room is sizable, it would be beneficial to provide a more diverse selection of channels that appeal to all guests. Furthermore, I suggest having a phone available at the reception desk for guests to make inquiries or requests easily. While amenities such as a tea and coffee facility tray are available in the room with cups, I was disappointed to find no tea or coffee provided. Given the room rate exceeding $90, I believe complimentary tea and coffee should be a standard provision to enhance the guest experience considering market competition. ItalyI requested a change of room to a quiet one as I have light sleep and my room was on a very busy road and very noisy. I had to insist a lot as at first they asked me to pay the difference, then I said that I was going to leave and find another place and they offered finally the change of room. I saw it and I could not see any difference explaining the price. They said it was for the "jacuzzi" which I didn't use as it felt dirty and old, and I was there only to sleep anyway. They made it uncomfortable for me and wasted my time when they could have offered to switch rooms as it was also evening and most likely stay empty. The breakfast was very poor. Cleaning not great either.
The first room they allocated had issues, the one the gave me after was quite clean and big. The terrace for the breakfast was very nice.

OmanI wanted to bring to your attention a couple of issues that I have encountered during my stay. Firstly, the lighting in the toilet area is too bright. When the toilet lights are switched on, it causes discomfort to the person trying to sleep in the room. I would like to suggest covering the glass toilet door with a curtain to offer some privacy and reduce the amount of light that enters the sleeping area. Secondly, while the TV provided in the room is impressive, I am having difficulty operating it. It appears to either be non-functional or lacks clear instructions on how to use it. Any assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. I trust that these concerns can be addressed promptly to ensure a more comfortable experience for all guests. * Breakfast need to improve
