The sofa couch seemed dirty or stained but it didn’t matter we were out all day and was hardly in the room.

No room service. Stayed 13 nights. Trash not emptied, no fresh towels or toiletries, floors not swept. Given 2 extra towels, soap, and toilet paper when asked for. Room service was an additional $90/day. No kitchen towels or supplies to clean up after yourself. Furniture is very worn out and uncomfortable. Toilet had to be primed with a gallon of water to flush efficiently.

Convenient location. Bed was comfortable but pillows were poor.

Do some painting and maintenance. Fix the shower - who would use this with wires hanging out of it.

This place is terrible. The walls are pealing, there are open wires in the shower???? and we asked for a coffee maker and the one the young man brought up was missing the lid. It worked, but not something that should be given to guests. Furniture was uncomfortable, no remote for the TV. Would never recommend. We were booked for 3 nights in April and I cancelled once we checked out yesterday. They charge 5* prices and they are a 2* or 3* at most

We booked a room for 5 adults. The room description said 2 rooms with 2 beds and 2 sofa beds. The room only had 1 sofa bed and it was less than 5ft long when folded down. There was no way that even the smallest member of our group could sleep on it. It also had no pillows, sheet or blanket so should not be classed as as a bed, even for a small child. We questioned this with the staff and they were adamant the room could sleep 5 adults. This was not true and they would not accept any error. We had to pay an extra 360 pesos to upgrade the room to a 3 bedroom to avoid the 5th adult having to sleep on the floor.

Pool area was nice and the beds were very big and confortable.

It was outdated and lacking basic items like some cutleries. The air conditioner did not work. There were no blankets on the bed, only sheets.

It is a roomy place, close to marina. The receptionists were trying their best.

It was a Family reunion (group of 13 persons) we had a Vrbo house rented that didn't work for us, we rented Marina suits at the last minute and it was the best experience.

the bathroom was leaking water and it was all over the floor. the rooms smelled horrible. when asked to be moved to another room the room was also in horrible shape. leaking water and dirty rooms.

It was not very clean at all. The walls were not fully painted and it was very dirty. Come to find hair inside the shower and on the restroom floor and bed sheets. The sofa my kids sleept in, in the living room area had something on them. Anyone who sat down started itching my kiddos woke up with bites all over there body and face causing them to itch. Parking is very tiny if you have pick up truck it is very hard to get in and out. The floors are slippery. The elevator buttons weren'tthe best. The wifi & cable did not work most of our stay. I could not hook up my fire stick or chargers to the wall outlet since they were so loose. Kitchen cabinet was rotten. The stove was very dirty. The rooms don't have any locks only the restrooms do. To open and lock the front door you had to have the key for it. When leaving the room we had to basically leave our family members locked inside because we had just one key to share. The restroom lights were not working it was dark in the shower.

The late hours in the pool. Minisplits were very good and kept everything cool.
