Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Saudi ArabiaTowels were old. No slippers and the AC was not functioning well.
Location was perfect. Walking distance from 2 malls, and restaurants complex, and cross the street from the World Trade Center. Nice room with a beautiful see view. Good space and nice bathroom. Breakfast was convenient with good variety. Excellent and very cooperative staff. I enjoyed my stay overall, giving the fact that I was there for work.

CanadaThe hotel is poorly kept. Our room was covered in large pink and brown stains all over the wall, bedroom floor felt sticky and was dirty (our socks were black from walking on it). There were lots of ants on both bedside tables. At night we felt something was biting us underneath the covers (probably ants or bedbugs). I asked for a quiet room in advance but we were given a room that had adjoining door to another room, from which we could hear all night people in the room next door. AC in our room was loud. It’s too bad that there is not a better attention to keeping the hotel in better condition, as it’s probably the more modern nicer hotel in this town.
Good location, near a nice shopping center & restaurants. Valet guys were nice and attentive. Nice view from the room.

United StatesNOT A GOOD STAY OR A GOOD VALUE. Inconvenient to get to as it is in the middle of the hotel zone and traffic is INSANE. There is zero parking for anything taller than 7 feet . It has a parking garage for cars only. This place has no beach access. You have to walk for blocks to access the beach and then when you get there you have to go through an amusement park to get to it. Its dirty and unsafe. It states it is pet friendly; it is NOT. There is no where for your dogs to relieve themselves for three blocks around the hotel. The area you have to walk to to find a place for your animal to potty is NOT SAFE. Oh and the houses that DO have beach access in front of the hotel have loud barking dogs that do not stop ALL NIGHT LONG. Lastly, the balconies. Jesus. Dont go out there unless you have a death wish. Any one over 200 lbs will not feel safe on these unstable platforms. The staff is the ONLY redeeming quality of this hotel.
The staff is amazing. Every need was met by the staff if we asked. They did accomidate our tall vehicle after some chaotic issues.

United StatesNo room service The Smoke detector flashlight above the bed very annoying. There’s a light flashing all night. Uncomfortable bed, it sinked pretty deep. Customer service is not there to check in and overall not a well maintained hotel even though it’s fairly new. Not impressed!
