Classy and modern hotel with a sensational view. The comfortable bed, the big shower, the facilities, the coral right in front of the hotel. I strongly recommend this hotel!

It was a bit far from town so you would need a taxi to go into town. Also, it would’ve been nice to have the second restaurant open.

Beautifully situated, right by the water. Put on your snorkelling gear, slip into the bay and you’re ready to explore. There is no sandy Beach. The restaurant on site was delicious and reasonably priced.

Unfortunately there was a women’s conference for three days and it was loud and crowded. Not the quiet relaxed feel that was advertised.

Right on the ocean with very good access for snorkeling. My husband and I really enjoyed the Spa as well. We loved having the restaurant in the hotel and the food and wait staff were fantastic!

As it is rated as 5 star I believe you should provide slippers and extra towels for hair. The buffet breakfast and other meals lovely but let down by lots of plates and cups having cracks/chips in them. Also not enough soft drink options. Providing fresh coconut water would be a bonus. Finally it is listed as adults only however there were children in the dining area.

Hotel lovely, room size, bathroom, balcony amazing. Very clean. Lovely bed and pillows. Great bathroom products. Good selection of vegetarian and dairy free milk etc.

Upon checking out they claimed something was missing from the room. We had to go and show them everything was there. Checking in & out took a long time, wasn’t aware of the rooftop until later in our stay, apart from all this was excellent

The room is a little bit, not quite well. Not enough sockets the shower is OK. The bed is too short and the room is very basic. Second shifting of the staff was very rude unpleasant and really not welcome.

the breakfast options were good, had options for vegans and vegetarians. I had a minor issue with the breakfast options during my stay. On the first day, breakfast was served buffet-style, but the following day, I was surprised to find no buffet. When I asked the server, I was told that the buffet was only available during busy times. However, for the next two days, the buffet still wasn’t offered, and instead, we had a la carte options with only one entrée per person. While the food was still good, the inconsistency in the breakfast service was a bit confusing.

There is not a proper beach, but we didn’t honestly miss it due to the pool. No netflix and so on the tv, but clearly not mandatory in vacation. In general, nothing particularly problematic.

The pool needs to be mentioned first, it is incredible and super well kept, the true differentiating point of the hotel! It overlooks the sea and there is the possibility to sip a drink while there. The structure in general is very nice and for a couple without kids the fact that the hotel is adults only is a plus. Breakfast was simple but very good in our opinion. Staff incredibly welcoming and helpful, always super kind to us. The view of our room was amazing, the room itself very nice and cozy while not necessarily being at the level of the common areas. It’s a bit distant from the city centre, but we managed to go there on foot (around 20min) one night, otherwise taxis are quite cheap or we advise renting a scooter to go around. Overall, super recommended!

the ONLY thing is the noise. we where located in floor 3 and it was very noisy (you could hear the neighbor yawning, the kitchen chopping and motorcycles passing by). All the rest was just perfect, dream petite hotel

All the staff was amazing! from Carlos, Miguel, the cleaning staff, the waiters, receptionists all outstanding. Smiling always, attentive and very respectful . food was really good! we had dinner in the hotel every night we loved it

The taxi outside the hotel ask more than that in the airport or downtown. The hotel should provide such taxi services with the same price instead of charging too much when the clients’ going back. It ruins all the experience and good feelings.

The diving site is gorgeous for snorkeling.

Nothing to complain about- had a great time

Lovely hotel very modernistic in design. The sea view rooms are spacious , comfortable which a large balcony overlooks the pool etc. Fully stocked mini bar with iron and board, complimentary shower gels, hairdryers and the hotel provides a laundry service. Tea and coffee machine etc provided. Infinity pool , jacuzzi, steps down to the sea, small beach inlet. Use of Hotel pool next door which I believe is the sister hotel. Hotel set in quiet part of the island about 10 mins taxi ride to the main town Cozumel, 30 mins by push bike or a good 30 minute stroll. In the other direction some really nice restaurants again about same taxi journey or walk. Recommend The Lobster House - excellent menu - great steaks.
