Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United StatesThe beds were very uncomfortable. The pictures also show a beach, and there was not “beach” it was just a small area with sand and they called it a bay. We also had an awkward moment because of an issue with our booking. They did not seem very helpful, gave me a quote to fix the issue and then once I agreed changes the quote higher. We also were also talked to about going to visit another resort and getting discounts. When we said no, the concierge kept asking, then actually called us the next morning even though we had said no and that we wanted to sleep in. Just made it an awkward experience.
The Service Staff was great. Very helpful. The room was clean.

United StatesBed was hard and made for waking up stiff. Also there weren't adequate blankets and so we usually got quite cold at night due to the AC working very well. They discouraged us from opening up the sliding door to the balcony. Shampoo and body wash had a stale oily fragrance. We ended up using our own. Our 3rd floor room overlooking the beach was wonderful, but it was above the beach bar. It was noisy each night until 3:00am. It appears they didn't have quiet hours and it was difficult to get to sleep because of it each night. The beach that the resort had access to was very small and limited.
Location and staff were great! Amenities were good. The property overall was well maintained and clean. Nightly shows were pretty good too.

United StatesI waked up several times because the door make noises all most 3-5:00 am. The strong wind hit the main door. The door is not tight enough to hold between door and wall. So I called a handyman but he couldn’t stop noise

BrazilToo much noise. Coming from another resort that had separate sectors for adults with kids and just adults, it is obvious why people would do that. The food was always available, but the options are scarce, and you need to schedule a good dinner (if you would rather not be stuck with the buffet). Speaking of the buffet, the options were usually greasy food, and quality ingredients would definitely contribute to the taste. Even the orange juice's taste was inconsistent among all restaurants within the hotel. Not related especially to the hotel, but in any place: employees almost demand being paid a tip. If you don't, things can get pretty weird. Guess this is due to the US proximity, just like the fact that you cannot get anywhere by walking. Everything is designed to get to by car. Most attractions have some hidden fee with an astronomical value for tourists, that you end up learning about when embarking to. A good example is when you have to pay 23 USD for a Dramamine during a boat ride.
Food was served most of the day. Had no issues getting drinks and food. The rooms were clean, there was entertainment every day in the hotel lobby. Even though the food was not the best, eating out almost made no sense. Having eaten out a couple of times during my time in Cancún, it was more financially viable to stay at the all-inclusive hotel. If you know some Spanish, you should be mostly safe driving and visiting attractions by yourself.

SpainThe beach area is located next to a harbour and a bridge with a lot of traffic...the water was a bit dirty. The beach was quite small and limited swimming area.. Most of the restaurants were closed (low season) so we only ate at the buffet restaurant (was ok) Bar closes at 23.00... maybe low season times..
Food was very decent to be an all-inclusive. Swimming pool area is nice and spacious. Room was big and comfortable.
