Lack of aircon over all in the hotel lobby. Had to go up to the room to cool off. Couldn't book into the bookable restaurants as 1 had been closed for a few days, which meant we couldn't get into the others when we tried. The bar closed at 2200 :-(

The resort being on a beach, having the water sports at our fingertips. The waitresses were great but somewhat a wait at the bar if you were sat there.

2 things that made our stay a little uncomfortable and thus the 7 star rating, instead of a 10 out of 10. The first is that those pesky time share people kept bothering everyday to try to get us to do their meeting, even after we had said "no", every single day. It got annoying. The second thing was a nasty lady in one of the restaurants called "Susanna", look out for her, always gave us looks and interacted with an attitude, nasty person.

The beach was a little dirty, but amazing. Family oriented and peaceful environment. The dinner was amazing, my daughter has allergies and they remembered every time we went to a restaurant. Made sure to ask her if she has eating food. The breakfast was great as well. All the food was always on point. Highlights were almost all the staff (except one mentioned later) but specially Carmen best server at the pool, Felipe at the Mexican restaurant was amazing, Carlos the executive chef, amazing person, always remembered my daughters allergies and Alfredo at the breakfast restaurant. Amazing people went above and beyond.

A desk worker who's charge for reservation of restaurants is not kindness to customers.

Convenience facilities as swimming pool, beach side, bars, restaurants, gim are good and foods are delicious. Most of workers are kindness. Events of night on the stage are interested, i can feel that Hotel is trying to offer custormers a better entertainment.

As others have mentioned, the check-in process is very slow and bureaucratic. You must bring the actual credit card that you reserved the booking with or else they threaten to charge you higher rates (unlike in the United States, where they have the card on file and charge you when you arrive). It felt a bit hostile with them threatening to charge extra (I had my husband's card, which is a shared credit card account with a different number, and it took us a while to get a photocopy of my card). All of this could be made easier by better communication during booking. We weren't given any information about the amenities, the restaurants, the shows, etc., when we arrived, so we felt a bit lost. I would suggest making the guests feel welcome - for example, with a welcome beverage - while waiting for check-in.

The food was excellent and the animation team - especially Sheyla - were fabulous. We especially enjoyed the guacamole-making class and the Michael Jackson show. The hotel was fully booked when we were there but it didn't feel crowded (quite a spacious pool and facilities). I particularly enjoyed breakfast in the smaller restaurant setting rather than the buffet (and you don't need reservations for breakfast and lunch in the restaurants).

The Mexican receptionist was very rude, my husband and I had a 2 small beds in our room instead of a queen or king. I literally left there with a crook in my neck. The Spa was okay, but expensive.

I loved that the staff was friendly and entertaining, check-in was easy and quick. We didn't get to check in until about 4 PM, but they gave us our bands and we were able to enjoy the resort. The beach and restaurants were clean. You can enjoy the sunset in the lounge area by the ocean. They made great drinks. The food was great. Especially the seafood and buffet restaurants.

The only complaint, would be the gnats. The gnats were mostly in the bathroom around the sink area. There wasn’t a lot, maybe 5-6 a night, but enough to be annoying.

First time to Cancun. The weather was great always in the upper 80’s. The property was nice. The buffet was great! The atmosphere and the staff was awesome and very welcoming!!

the rooms looked like a prison cell. no pictures on the wall, bare minimum for furniture, the rooms were surprising after seeing how great the pool, lobby and surrounding facilities were. also food was just so-so.

The location next to the busy the marina with a large ferry and four pirate ships was not great because of frequent diesel fumes on the beach. The restaurant reservation process should be moved from 7 am to 9 am or later, to allow guests to rest on their vacation.

Everything about the hotel stay was great. It was exceptionally clean and staff was always pleasant and courteous. Good quality entertainment, fun pool/beach side activities and great gym. The checkin/checkout process was easy and pleasant. The buffet was very good and the restaurant food was outstanding. The beach is well maintained with daily removal of seaweed.

We stayed only one night , so from our limited experience was maybe on the outskirts on the hotel zone, which may be a good or bad thing.

It was a basic all-inclusive. Free drinks, free food, nice room.

Buffet and snack bar food was not great. Not enough variety, pretty much the same everyday with new names. Breakfast omlettes were not good at either the buffet or the restaurant. One day at the restaurant we were told we couldn't order omelets it was just the buffet. The buffet ran out if breakfast sausage so they brought out cut hot dogs and called it sausage.

This is a smaller resort so everything was pretty convenient. There were always chairs available at the pool and beach. Bars were great.
