I was booked in room 240 and there was spray painting room 239 with some oil-based primer. Very toxic and all the fumes came into my room. So I asked to be moved and they moved me to a room right above the bar. And I was so sick from the fumes that I decided to just go home and left on Friday and I was supposed to stay until November 21st. I would like a credit or a refund. Please thank you.

Very loud music from the swimming pool, coming through the walls without possibility to limit it. Quite old furniture & fittings with particular smell. Dull food with little change everyday. Expensive and not high quality spa services.

Location near the ferry station to Isla Mujeres. All inclusive offered 24/7 access to food and drinks.

the reservation of the dinner (not the buffet, which doesn't require reservation) is really complicated: I was told that the reservation was placed but they were not able to find my name at the dinner time. Also there's no sign for the dinner reservation reception: it's just next to the main reception, but why do they even separate it from the main reception?

The rooms are outdated ..mold in the shower..food and drinks were not the best . My key lock did not work so everyday I stayed someone had to be called to let me in

Well one thing that happen during our stay was that the elevator stop working and it was like that for a 1 or 2 days. Another thing I did not like was the view from my room. Above us it was the restaurant and you can see the roof top. (Not a good sight).

Because is not a big hotel you can travel everywhere within minutes to the pool, restaurants. The food was awesome every day. The room was bigger that I expected with high ceilings. Next to us was the ferry to isla mujeres, a pirate ship show and the high tower where it goes 370 degrees round.

The place is decent, the beach is not in a great location since it's tiny and right next to the marina which makes it loud and close to all the boats and jetskiis etc. There is a noticeable effort to clean the seafloor for the patrons which is much appreciated.

-They tell you that you have to go early to the lobby there was a day that I was there at 8am and there is no space for reservation for any restaurant -They stop serving liquor at 12am 👀 -No open area after 1am and no music

The food wasn’t great, reservations were hard to make, and room service took FOREVER (waited 2.5 hours, and the order was incorrect). The beach was really not good and we ended up not spending any time on it and stayed in the pool area.

The staff was always nice, helpful, and fun to interact with. Especially the entertainment staff (shout out to Roberto, Daniel, and Shayla). The accommodations were decent.

The check in process was so inefficient, anytime you needed to talk to a front desk person there was a ridiculous line and if would take at least an hour There was no adults only section, which the hotel used to be completely adults only

You get what you pay for, this was booked by my work for a work anniversary. The hotel staff was ok, not super friendly or very helpful. Food was awful. I didn't like out room it was so smelly and location was not great. restaurant reservation system needs to be updated. Buffet was gross.

I liked the excursions serviced by Aquaworld. King Julian was so helpful and friendly. He was able to answer all our questions. Everything he said happened. I give King Julian with Aquaworld 5 stars but the hotel was a 3.

The A/C was off when arrived and A/C went out took two days and 2 repair visits to move to new room. Most the staff didn't speak english or didnt want to. Peep hole on door missing had to stuff tissue to prevent someone looking in. Balcony was about 2 foot out from door. Wet bar consisted of two beers, 4 waters and 4 different soft drinks. Hotel stoppes serving alcohol at 11pm. Hotel storre only takes peso. Front desk will give currency exchange up at a lower price. Beach nothing nothing like the pictu6res. It is small, right on the entrance to channel. Channel makes a heavy current and lots of waves from jetski and boat just 50 yards from shore. Better swim in hot poor more enjoyable. If you want to eat at fine dinning you must reserve every morning and not very accommodating to any changes.

The workers attitudes and racism towards my family. The hotel has basics nothing new. Didn’t feel welcomed nor that my money was well spent. Always had a issue and problems weren’t really taken into matter just slightly taken care of.

The staff and the food at the property was terrible. The only good food is probably breakfast and the 24hr snack area. We tried the seafood and the Mexican restaurant which were both terrible. We arrived at the property at 9am. We didn’t get our room till 3pm they made us wait 6hours for our room. No accommodations whatsoever. The staff were extremely rude. Didn’t like to acknowledge us. Not sure if they have something against people of color. The Wi-Fi at the resort is terrible as well. Often find my phone disconnecting and had to keep calling front desk. This Hotel overall was terrible I would not recommend. Save your money and try another hotel.
