We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe restaurant didn’t communicate well with the hotel staff. Every time I went into the restaurant, I had some problem like not having drinks included with meal and having breakfast included and trying to get me to pay again or having anything eaten on the club level which I thought that was part of the reason you pay extra for the club level. Location is only good for the expo, if you’re not going there, stay in the city center, more places to eat, see, and mass transit.
I enjoyed the full gym and warm pool and lounge area! All issues with the restaurant were resolved by the time I left.

United StatesThe hotel is a bit old, and there is no chance of early check-in. People at the reception desk mostly chat between them and do not pay too much attention to the guests in line.
The location and the staff are fantastic. The restaurant offers excellent dinners at late hours (+9 p.m.). The coffee shop and bars inside the premises are a great plus.

I REALLY liked this hotel! Everything was easy - fast check-in, great restaurant options, bar, pool - the service was so FAST - the rooms were nice and had everything I needed. I would definitely stay again!

TaiwanI have a room but inside have a connection door to next room, quite annoyed if next room is talking or even flush toilet. I reflect t the front desk, they change room for me. Be careful if you are sensitive to the voice and have this type of room.
