The worst staff ever The day i was leaving at 8:30 am someone was knocking at me door, asking me at what time i was going to leave because they need the room No hot water My reservation included breakfast and a 50 dlls property credit and guess what?? The shower in my room (Room 515) was very bad. It is very old, very small, and the tile and caulk are in very poor condition. It did not look sanitary. Most significantly, the shower door leaked profusely. Every time the shower was used, it created a massive lake. In addition, the bathroom drain outside the shower did not drain the lake. Consequently, my family and I were forced to step around the lake when we used the toilet. After the second day (of a three day stay), I asked a young lady at the front desk to be transferred to a different room. Rather than honoring my request, she said that she would send a maintenance person to Room 515 to fix the shower door. The door closed more than it previously did, but still leaked and created a lake in the bathroom. The failure to honor my simple request to be moved to a different room was unacceptable. The hotel was not busy or very occupied. A hotel should not "experiment" with the ability of the maintenance personnel to fix an issue. If a guest's request is imminently reasonable, it should be honored.

The common areas of the hotel are very nice. The bell staff (all of the gentlemen who handle your luggage) were all exceptionally friendly and professional. Our room was very nice. It had hardwood floors rather than carpet, but that was fine. The beds were very comfortable and the climate control was excellent. The hotel was very quiet.

We booked twin bed room but not available Hotel facilities very old and looks not clean. Shall not check in again.

Room was not provided at the time of check on. Had to wait 1hr and 30min. Often times there would be a traffic cone/cylinder blocking the entrance to the parking area. Seemed almost intentional in order to use their valet service. There were problems with the water supply. In two different days I went hours without water being available in the room.

The bed was very comfortable. The morning breakfast buffet was varied.

Staff try to over charger us for breakfast or bar drinks When I was going to pay they ask card or cash and I notice when you say pay cash staff up charge you with things . At the bar when I was going to pay cash they were charging me an extra drink . Or breakfast when I was going to pay cash they were charging me an extra person . When I notice the extra charge there respond was oh sorry the child was added clearly kids are free my son is 6 years old . As a guess, if you don’t catch these things staff cough is that money . not a great feeling as a customer
