Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesLoud music by pool all day start I’m at 10 am. People smoking on the beach. Italian restaurant staff was too busy not enough servers, I had to get up and get a drink from pitchers myself. The waitress who served (girl I her late 20’s with hair up in a bun) missed our ordered, did not give suggestions when asked, her attitude was not friendly and rude, so did not tip her. Host made it up she was super nice and helpful. On a good note food was good as well!
Good variety was amazing!

United KingdomThe only thing we didn’t really like was there was not enough sunbeds by the pool area and we think like most people we speak to saying that there should be a rule about people leaving towels on the sunbeds early in the morning. If you do not use the sunbeds within a certain amount of time they should be taking away for other guests to use the sunbeds. and also when we went for breakfast lunch and dinner we had to give our room number to the young lady at the entrance to the restaurant, but none of them literally spoke to anyone when they were going to the tables with the customer. not even a smile they were all miserable acting as though they did not want to be there so I think they need to be spoken to and to be told to be a bit more polite and courteous to the customers because we are the ones that are paying their wages.
The hotel was in a perfect position. It was only a five minute walk when they dropped us off at the bus stop and also the waiters and the waitresses were all amazing. They were all friendly at breakfast lunch and dinner they all went out of their way to be nice to the guests and also the chefs working behind the counters they were also very friendly. so all in all that was a wonderful holiday to this wonderful hotel and we would definitely be going back.

United StatesNeeds some updates. You could see light around the room door so it was very noisy. The concerts were very loud at night on the Mountain View side. Not many food choices as all the restaurants are not open every night. A lot of Mexican cuisine. Need to have at least one restaurant open early for kids. 7 pm was the earliest they could eat dinner.
The grounds were very well kept. The porters were very helpful. Wesco? Caught me as soon as I got off the elevator to collect my bags and gather the rest of my families bags together so we could have breakfast and he checked us out and called our cabs to get to the airport on time.

CanadaWifi service was poor always cutting out and would not work by the small pool we had to keep asking for new login passwords at the front desk US exchange rate to pesos was too low wont do that again we used the pesos for tips so the money stays at the resort exchange should be at least 1 percent higher Weekend filled up with many families with small children Long lineups at buffets on the weekend and pools were filled with children and flotation devices We were with a group of ten adults and didn't appreciate the crying and screaming of small children
Breakfast was good however at one of the buffets ,there was only toast available if you asked the server. And bacon was only available at both buffets if you asked the server By the time it arrived it was either cold or we were done eating The Italian and Sea food restaurants were very good Japanese not very good Bar service was excellent Good staff

CanadaIt appears that people off the public beach can easily access water, showers, bathroom, chairs and even pools. Everyone accessing this property should be wearing a coloured armband to use the facilities. (Cash paying or all-inclusive levels). This is a security feature at other resorts which makes one feel that those using the facility have been registered at least through the front desk. Maybe a daily fee for different coloured armbands if a customer is cash-paying only. The early all day reserving of chairs is being abused also. People reserved large groups of chairs at pool especially and didn’t show up until later afternoon. There is limited shade because of no umbrellas and no palapas down at the beach portion. So beach shade is needed. Why not invest in palapas and umbrellas for beach chairs?
The layout is very nice. Everything is quite closely accessible. I also liked how accessible the property is for people with disabilities. Food was very nice. Great selection.

CanadaIt is tough to criticize this property. One issue is that there is no control over guests saving loungers in the shade. Guests would put towels on loungers at 06:15 am ( sometimes saving up to 10 at a time) We would watch to see that these guests wouldn’t use the loungers until late afternoon. I would suggest signs saying that if you are not using your lounge chair after one hour , someone else can take it. It would be an added workload on the staff to monitor this however. They work hard enough . I would hope guests would be honest and abide by the signs.
Location!! Easy access from pool to beach. Accessible for all ( even those with mobility issues) Beautifully spread out. Excellent : friendly and willing to to help staff. Great breakfast with 2 choice of breakfast locations. Beautiful open air lobby and very relaxing music ( not too loud) Great lobby bar. Clean beach area every day. Clean gym. Private balconies.

CanadaWe paid $400/night only to sleep on two twin beds (we booked a King), the bathroom was the size of an airplane bathroom and the beds were quote uncomfortable. The buffet was ok..typical resort food. We were unable to book an Ala cart that was included in our stay, as they were too busy. There was little to NO direction on where anything in the resort was, what was happening each day or how to do/book anything. There was a TV screen in the lobby that showed everything, but we didn't notice it at first. You had to ask every step of the way if you wanted to figure anything out.
The view was incredible. Hotel was huge and also very nice.

United StatesWe had to switch rooms three times. The first was on the roof with a broken lock on the door and tons of hair in the bathroom. The second room smelled so bad of toxic chemicals that we couldn't be in there. Staff members and folks from neighboring rooms agreed that the room was unbearable to stay in. They were not very gracious or accommodating when needing to switch rooms again. Additionally, we paid online for two adults and two children but they failed to honor the second adult and wanted me to pay more than the initial reservation. The front desk staff is very rude and lacks customer service skills. Also, they make going to the "restaurants" difficult and don't want to give you a reservation to eat at them unless you've been there a certain number of days and somehow they are always "full" even when there seems to be no one in them.
Daniela in the kids club is AMAZING, as well as the food staff, gym, and spa staff! The food was also much better on this stay than the last. I had a great facial too! Appreciated the gym.

United States1. It's 7:30 am and people have already reserved all the recliners by placing shoes, towels, shirts on top of them. You literally have to go and compete to get a recliner. This was every day... Have only seen this on some cruises and even there is discouraged, not here. 2. The food is very basic and very repetitive. The quality is very low, including at the specialty restaurants. In their defense they do give you plenty. They had Paella and lobster day. Paella was actually really good, lobsters they only had 100 for the entire hotel. 3. Drinks are horrible, generic syrup, low quality alcohol. Bartenders and servers try and are happy to recommend alternatives. Make sure you ask for brand Bacardi and tequila... Only upon request. Please tip is not their fault, they really try. 4. The front desk is only interested in selling you an upgrade package... Don't take it is not worth it. The specialty restaurants are not better than the buffet. If you must take it, request a late check out, is the only thing that might be of any value. 5. Mexican Night. The talent is amazing you can tell some of the dancers have professional training. However the event is poorly organized. This is the only time I felt the servers did not want to be there and did not want you there either... Again the food is bad, the drinks are worstanf the service was bad too. 6. If you leave your towel for 5 minutes, they will steal it, you will have to pay $20 for it. Keep an eye on it. 7. Shower does not have a door, water will get everywhere, but if it did you would not be able to open the bathroom door.
The staff is amazing, they go above and beyond to meet all your needs. Gabriel who is in the kitchen overheard my daughter saying that she wanted red velvet cake after they had run out, he went and got her some and brought it to her table without us having to ask. He made her day. They check often to see if you need anything, including more drinks. Please make sure to tip them, we saw that hardly anybody tip and they absolutely deserve it. Please tip, they work hard.
