CanadaWe hated the service, at the front desk we have never interacted with someone pleasant, they look very unhappy and bothered when asked for help. Particularly one lady named Adriana Guillermo, at some point she was joking in spanish with her colleague, thinking we do not speak spanish, which we do. Very unprofessional. The food is below average, they clearly want to save money and are making bland food. We would always eat the same damn things. We booked the diner restaurant once, expecting the food to be better but really it is just the service that is better.
We liked the swimming pools, the bar and the bed.

United StatesThe rooms need maintenance! The refrigerator in the room were horrible! You turn off the ice machines at 11 pm. Why? Can you have the garbage picked up where the taxis park? Please! That was discussing.! Yeah, I know you don’t own that property! But is 100% a reflection on you!

United StatesThe food is not good at all the only good thing is the breakfast. I have stayed in other all inclusive hotels in Mexico and I didn’t like the fact that they only had one type of beer to offer in their all inclusive. The rooms are outdated the couch had stains. The fact that you need reservations to eat at an empty restaurant , like I said previously I have stayed in an all inclusive and even when there’s no reservation they will accommodate you if the restaurants are not full. The check in process took some time and it’s very hard to hear with the loud music that goes on right behind the front entrance.
The location of the property is really good. ok f you need to do stuff in Cancun or want to do shopping the bus stops a block away and the mall is 5 min walking. The ocean was beautiful at my stay.

GermanyThe most annoying thing for me was the hotel staff. They initially did not accept my employer's credit card when I arrived after a long journey. Then I got a card for my room that didn't work and it took me over an hour to get to my room at the check-in. Moreover, the staff forgot to give me the usual bracelet in the hotel. This was noticed on the third day when the hotel security would not let me in and now watch out: In the hotel's records for my room, there was a photo of another man (instead of mine) and the clipped off remnant of a bracelet. I am 100% sure I never received this bracelet. I was afraid the following nights that someone had access to my room and could not sleep well (missing room card, missing bracelet). Furthermore, I was harassed by the hotel's security who wanted to see inside my suitcase and cost me a lot of time. I was also not treated well at checkout. I had paid an employee $20 to be able to keep my hotel bracelet (which he said I needed to be able to eat at the restaurant). This was then taken from me by the next employee who told me that I should not have kept it. Note: Many hotel employees speak only Spanish and no English.
The hotel was very close to the beach and also to the conference, which I attended in Cancun. Hence, the location of the hotel was very ideal for me.

SpainHotel old , food not great at all in neither of the Restaurants on top if you don’t eat meat good luck finding anything so kind of all inclusive not worth it. In addition cleanness of the entire hotel not great neither in the rooms, I have a few pictures that I will attach. My ask from the front desk staff is not to overpromise and under deliver. We booked sea view and not partial sea view finally after back and forth change - Shout out to Jose for being kind and welcoming. Most important of all the cleaning needs to be improved we found a red color spots on most bedsheets, pillow and towels also dirty. The water Runs dirty as well.

CanadaThe lack of selection for food and how challenging it was to secure reservations at the restaurants are my only criticisms that I have.
The resort is right on the beach and the building and grounds were all beautiful. The staff were fantastic and check in and check out was quick and painless, even with my limited Spanish. I was impressed by how willing the staff was to help us by answering any questions as well as to offer assistance and recommendations with local activities. I was really impressed by Isaac, his English is perfect, and he was always willing to go the extra mile with answering questions and to make sure that our stay was perfect. I have absolutely no hesitations in booking another vacation at this resort.

Irelandwhere do I start!!! All inclusive food was very very poor and everything was just piled together. Had serious tummy issues there. Very very noisy by night with paper thin walls and flimsy doors. Was scammed by a concierge when I asked the price of a local taxi ride he said $3 but it turns out that was the tip and the fare(4.6km) was a further $30!! The porch door didn’t lock, the minibar fridge wasn’t cold, after paying for an ocean view 37m square room, they first try to put me in a city view box room. The Ocean view I finally got was nowhere near 37 square metres. The “exclusive’ Italian and Mexican restaurants are a bit of a scam too, the soup we got at lunch in the buffet was the exact same “minestrone soup” we got in the A La Carte.. Don’t bother going to Reception at 0700 to book one of the “exclusive” restaurants because you’ll be told they’re booked out with the Vacation Club Members aka Time Share victims!! Unless you were willing to sit through the 90 minutes of gibberish sales pitches, you’ll be left to your own devices. Most of the staff were lovely though except those trying to sell you extras at 0700 when your just trying to book dinner. if I got it for free, I would not return there. My wife and I ended up with bites on our ankles during the night on the last night..Only 1 English speaking Channel and that was CNN

Beautiful beach, beautiful pools. Food was similar most days, but I loved it. Drinks were great too, lovely and refreshing to have by the pool or on the beach. Staff were all amazing and really helpful. Room was nice too, with a good sized bathroom.

I ate fruits when I went into the restaurant or my husband and I ate out due to the food taste. let me not forget to mention my husband and myself had diarrhea the whole time there due to us eating the food the first day and later that night still trying to taste to see have anything changed. NADA. I can say we was satisfied with the seafood restaurant, the food was seasoned to the T. Armando is the worst greeter ever. The lady that sits at the desk and helps out with the program for the Villa. I went to her on Wednesday evening to receive our reservation receipt due to us not remembering if It was at 8:30 or 9:30. She tells me she don’t speak no English and Miguel will be back in an hour and he can give me the recipe. well if you understood me why couldn’t you give it to me right then as if I’m going to spend my vacation on waiting around to catch somebody at a desk. My husband and I just went to Ruth Chris that night where the food was delicious. I would never return back, and I will make sure I mention to all our family and friends that visit from the US to never go to OCCIDENTAL TUCANCUN Terrible Terrible place… Food is the 1st thing somebody traveling is looking for her yiu guys disappointed us. We loved Marina the waiter at the bar. Very sweet lady. We had to switch rooms due to the door latch falling off and when we did leave and we tried to close the door we were able to push it right open without using a key or anything. the second room we were in, I’m rolling off tissue and the whole tissue holder falls out the wall. For sure needs an upgrade.

QatarThe buffet for dinner got my fiance food poisoning. We asked for a room with one queen bed for two, instead, we got two single beds. The tub in the bathroom was not working. The personnel while check in wasn't kind. we asked to be shown to our room at 3:11 pm and we only could receive the keys of our room until 4:00 pm
