No toiletries except for hand soap. Hot water does not exist; water is tepid at best. No English TV programming. No safe in the room, but there is one at the front desk that comes with a nominal fee.

The hotel did not offer breakfast, but they have a deal with the bar next door where hotel guests get 50% off food and drinks, provided payment is by cash. The hotel is well situated: close to downtown, across the street from the Mega to pick up necessities, taxi stand across the street. Everything is walkable. It is comfortable. Don’t expect modern furniture or setting. It is a place to sleep, not entertain.

AC was not turned on prior arrival and it was very late at night once room had cooled totally down. Also no WiFi in room. Rooms are very dated. This is not a problem if you are aware of this.

Good location. Quite clean. Nice atmosphere. If you like the vicinity of No Name Bar it's great and for me there was no disturbance. You can hear music day time but that's it.

The hotel is very dated and bare-bones. The TV is a posted stamp on the wall and didn't work half the time, there were volume issues. Third-floor room without an elevator was tuff with hauling scuba gear, I requested the first floor or lower floor at the time of reservation but was not granted. Lastly, the blaring music all day long was the biggest disappointment it was even worse when the restaurant staff chimed in with the music as loud as they could. The restaurant is not part of the hotel I was told they rent the pool area which is marketed to cruise ships so it's very noisy and crowded. By the time I got back from driving all the sunning chairs were taken by the cruise ship people I was unable to enjoy the outdoor area.

The location was excellent—walking distance to the square and close to many restaurants. The supermarket Mega across the street was key. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was kept clean.

Shower head had 4/5 working jets. A/C was from a window unit mounted in a shaft in the building. Water was all burning or ice, even after 5 minutes running each.

Across the street from a mega market. Ocean access and a beach club.

The shower was a tiny trickle of lukewarm water, not enough water even to shower. The beds were hard, and the room was on the lower side of ok. The toilet clogged daily, even though we did not flush any TP or anything else down it. If you are just looking for a place to crash after diving all day, it's passable, but I would not recommend it for anything else.

Being right on the ocean was fantastic; being able to be picked up on the dock for scuba was great. The restaurant/bar was fun, with great service and yummy food. The balcony off the room was great.

Unfortunately, the rest has major flaws. The hotel is clearly overpriced. Because: Our hot water was red, rusty water. The walls are very unprofessionally patched and dirty in many places. After 15 minutes and many attempts, we had set up an internet connection. This was only briefly usable and a signal was no longer available after 10:00 p.m. In the drawer we found the SD cards, headphones and USB sticks from previous guests, which does not indicate a good cleaning. We brought the finds to the front desk. A two week old supermarket bill from previous guests was easy to find which means poor cleaning. The fridge had numerous greasy fingerprints from guests. The hotel car park described is the public car park opposite on the supermarket premises. The hotel is too expensive for this .

The good things first: The large outdoor area with pool and the small private terrace in the ground floor rooms are the particularly good quality features of the hotel, which is located directly on the sea.

Nothing we couldn't even seat by the pool with out been harras by the bar crew. They keep telling us that we could not seat on the chairs or the tables that we had to buy drinks. I feel that if we pay for the hotel that was not even cheap we should of been able to use the pool with no issues. But oh well i guess we get what we pay for...

The people were rude and ugly to me and my wife. There was only one older man that was kind and professional.

It’s an older property. Beds aren’t very comfortable. Some street and pool noise. No coffee pot in the room.

Great pool and amazing view! Location is right in the midst of town. Walkable to restaurants and stores. Great AC. I’ve stayed here a couple of times and will stay again. It’s not luxurious or updated but has everything you’ll need for a great time. On site restaurant offers 50% discount on food and drinks for guests.

Don't expect a spa experience. This is a basic hotel room with an incredible view and fantastic location. Bathroom amenities are non-existent. Bring your own shampoo, etc. The TV has only Spanish-language programming, but in Cozumel, who wants to watch TV?? There's music playing right outside your window, which - thankfully - stops at 10pm.

This hotel is right in the middle of everything in Cozumel and right on the beach. Every room has a balcony and a view of the Caribbean. There are plenty of attractions, restaurants and stores within walking distance. And if you forgot ANYthing, there's a Mega store across the street.

Wifi was not available in the room. They sad the rooter hadn't been working in a bit. It was only available and with very poor signal, in the lobby. Breakfast wasn't available (not even for a fee. At the moment of the reservation, Booking.com mentioned it was available at the property for $7 per person). Front desk staff was rude and barely available to answer questions. The room was not cheap ($100 per night) and had no amenities at all. No black-out curtain, just a see-through courtain that didn't even cover the entire window. At 5 a.m., the room was in complete brightness... Mattress and pillows were of poor quality. Cleanliness and amenities were at the bare minimum.. dusty bed cover, poor quality towels, only soap bar available. No hair drier or iron/iron board. No safe.

    The location only.
