The accomodation is small, fine and homely. The outside does not mirror the inside, inside is much nicer. You get a real feeling from Mexico. Breakfast is more than enough, more of a Mexican syle. The host is very helpful with tipps on cell phones, Banks and shopping etc. We can recomend this address.

Excellent little place, very nice hosts, great breakfast! Walking distance to some restaurants and feels like a safe neighborhood. Good for a fee nights in Cancun. The garden is so beautiful and tranquil.

Good hosts. Breakfast was good. The shower was really excellent and air con ok. They let me leaves bags till 3pm and leave them early before room was ready. Only downside was I was given downstairs room right next to the kitchen so unless you like getting up at 7am there was some noise in the morning certainly after 8am!

If you have to stay in Cancun center, that is the best location. Quite and secure area, easy parking and easy access to the property with all instructions given by the host. The host is very friendly and accommodating.

Stayed for a night before a flight and it was perfect. Close to the airport (25 min taxi) and walkable from ADO bus terminal. Great communication pre arrival and self checked in with lockbox. Breakfast ok but great it's included good for the price. Very clean, smells like a spa when you walk in! Couldn't check out late but we were able to use the common areas until our flight.

What an absolute gem! I only had the pleasure of staying one night before meeting up with others, but what a lovely stay! Self-check in was east with videos and notes provided! The space was clean and comfortable!! Breakfast in the morning was delicious. I eat plant-based so Andre made me a bean quesadilla, fruit, and toast. I ate my the beauty of the pool! I walked from the Ado bus terminal when I arrived, about 15 minutes. Several coffee shops and restaurants are nearby. What a lovely stay!!

As this is a regular house and not a hotel the walls are thin and the rooms very close together and unfortunately I could very clearly hear somebody snore very loudly next door If staying more than one night I would recommend booking a room with an outside window for daylight

As it is self check in we needed to use a keypad to access the property. Our eyesight isn't amazing and it was a struggle to see the keypad when we arrived in the dark. Better lighting would have helped.

It did not bother me at, but for people who want total quiet or to not hear other guests, it might not be the best choice. The neighbourhood is quiet though!

The hosts were lovely and accommodating. The room I had was small but perfect for one person with a nice bathroom and a little desk. The little pool area is a nice place to relax. I was able to store my luggage until my flight. Location is only 15 min on the 12 peso colectivo bus to the public beaches and it is a very economical place to stay. The shared spaces are comfortable and stylish.

Nice clean room, spacious shower. The pool area was also clean and well maintained. The property wasn’t busy at the time, so I had a really good time relaxing as I just stayed a night before taking a flight the next day. The communication and instructions to enter the building was excellent. They also allowed me to check in earlier and as I had to take an early flight the next day and couldn’t stay for breakfast, they prepared something for me to take away. Really excellent service. 10/10 recommend!!

I was slightly disappointed that the room did not have an external window. It did have one that faced onto the landing, but nothing for sunshine to stream through. The room was also quite small with a single bed. Don't get me wrong, it was manageable and comfortable, I was just a bit disappointed when I saw some of the other rooms when the cleaner was in them, and they looked lush. But hey ho, all in all it was pretty good.

The host and staff were really helpful and friendly. Getting to the property, the check in and everything was well detailed and smooth. You are close to convenience shops, and not far from the hustle and bustle of Cancun. The shower was great and the WiFi worked well.

Lovely place to stay - tiny little nook in a small back street, extremely clean, very well kept, lovely breakfast! Ooow - and the taco place you can walk to from the b&b - excellent!
